The CUET PG test pattern was modified starting last year. The exam authorities will ask only 75 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) based on the CUET PG syllabus 2025. The exam administrators created the CUET PG syllabus to assess the candidate's analytical and cognitive approach to the applied course in the CUET PG 2025 examination.

The test authority has also decreased the duration of the CUET PG exam. Previously, applicants were given 2 hours to attempt 100 questions in the CUET PG test. However, starting this year, applicants will be allotted 105 minutes, or 1 hour 45 minutes, to attempt 75 questions in the CUET PG 2025 examination.
