- A copy of the hall ticket downloaded from the official website of the NTA.
- One passport-size photograph of the candidate pasted on the hall ticket.
- Any one Government-authorized identity proof, i.e., PAN card, Aadhar card, School ID card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, Ration Card, or Passport.
- If the candidate claims to be from the PwD category, a copy of a valid PwD certificate.
- In case the student has changed their name, they must furnish a marriage certificate, legal name change document, decree, or divorce document.
