GNIHM JET Application Form 2025: Dates, How to Apply, Fees

GNIHM JET 2025 registration opened in December 2024 and closed before the exam dates. The application window remained open until the last date of the exam. The admit cards for GNIHM JET 2025 were sent via email to all registered candidates. GNIHM JET 2025 exam was conducted in two phases: Phase 1 on January 4, 2025, and Phase 2 on February 22, 2025. GNIHM JET 2025 Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates seeking admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, certificate, and diploma programs through GNIHM JET 2025 must meet the following eligibility criteria:

• Undergraduate Programs (UG): Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from a recognized board. Candidates from any stream (Science, Arts, or Commerce) are eligible to apply. The maximum age limit for candidates is 22 years as of the admission year.
• Postgraduate Programs (PG): Candidates must have a graduate degree in any stream from a recognized university. The maximum age limit for candidates is 25 years as of the admission year.
• Certificate Programs: Candidates must have completed at least the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from a recognized board. There is no specific age limit for certificate programs, but candidates must meet the age requirement set by the institute for the respective course.
• Diploma Programs: Candidates must have passed the Higher Secondary Examination (10+2) from a recognized board or possess an equivalent qualification. The maximum age limit for candidates is 24 years as of the admission year.

Steps to Fill the GNIHM JET 2025 Application Form

Candidates who meet the GNIHM JET 2025 eligibility criteria can apply for the exam through the official website of the Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management. The application process is conducted online, requiring candidates to provide necessary details, upload scanned documents, and pay the application fee. To complete the application process, candidates should follow the steps given below:

Step 1: Visit the Official Website: To begin, visit the official GNIHM website at gnihm.ac.in. On the website, go to the "JET Form Fill Up" section where the application form is available.

Step 2: Choose the Application Method: There are two options for obtaining and submitting the application form:

• Online Application: The application form and prospectus can be downloaded from the website. After filling out the form electronically, it should be submitted online. The application fee of INR 1,000 must be paid through available online payment methods.
• Offline Application: The application form and prospectus can be collected in person from the GNIHM campus. After filling out the form manually, it should be submitted along with the INR 1,000 fee in cash, cheque, or Demand Draft in favor of "Guru Nanak Institute of Hotel Management," payable at Kolkata.

Step 3: Fill Out the Application Form: The application form requires personal information such as full name, date of birth, and contact details. Additionally, details about previous academic qualifications and the chosen course must be provided.

Step 4: Upload Required Documents: The following documents must be prepared and uploaded:

• A recent passport-sized photograph.
• Signature.
• Class 12 mark sheet for those applying to undergraduate courses.
• Graduation certificate for those applying to postgraduate courses.
• Proof of identity, such as an Aadhaar card or passport.
• Caste certificate (if applicable).
• Transfer or migration certificate.
