Once available, registered candidates who complete the exam slot booking process online will be able to download their admit cards from the official website, ibsindia.org. The admit card is a mandatory document that must be carried to the exam center. Without it, candidates may not be allowed to appear for the IBSAT exam. For home-proctored exams, candidates will be required to show a hard copy of the admit card to the invigilator via a webcam. Only those who successfully submit the application form along with the application fee will be eligible to download the admit card. To access the admit card, candidates need to log in using their application number and date of birth.

How to Book an Exam Slot for the IBSAT 2025 Exam?

Refer the steps below to book IBSAT 2025 exam slot and download the admit card:

Step 1- Click on the link provided- ibsindia.org

Step 2- Click on the tab ‘Schedule IBSAT'

Step 3- Click on the link provided for login

Step 4- Screen will now display the login page. Enter the credentials:

• Application Number
• Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY format)
• Enter the captcha

Step 5- Click on the tab ‘Book a seat’

Step 6- Enter the following details:

• Test name
• City
• Date
• Test centre name
• Test centre address

Step 7- Select the suitable exam timing and click on the tab ‘Book’

Step 8- Candidates will be given 1 minute to confirm the timing of the examination.

Step 9- Screen will now display the candidate and examination details.

Step 10- Download the IBSAT admit card.

How to Download IBSAT Admit Card 2025?

To download the IBSAT 2025 admit card, candidates can follow these simple steps:

1. Visit the official IBS website - ibsindia.org.
2. Log in using the application number and date of birth in dd/ mm/ yy format.
3. After logging in, select a slot for the IBSAT 2025 exam:
   • Choose the exam city, test center, date, and time.
   • Pick either ‘by Date’ or ‘by Time’ option for slot booking.
   • Note: Once the slot is booked, it cannot be changed later.
4. Review the details on the screen and click on ‘Confirm’.
5. The admit card will appear on the screen.
6. Download and print multiple copies of the IBSAT 2025 admit card.

Candidates must keep the admit card safe until the admission process is complete. ICFAI Business School (IBS) will not send a hard copy by post, so printing the admit card is necessary.
