ICAR AIEEA application form 2025 will be released by the National Testing Agency tentatively in February 2025 for the UG courses and in April 2025 for the PG and PhD courses. Candidates who are willing to appear for the ICAR AIEEA 2025 exam must fill up the application form for ICAR AIEEA 2025 in the online mode.

Step 1: Registration

• Go to the official NTA ICAR AIEEA website: exams.nta.ac.in/ICAR 
• Click on the “New Registration” button.
• Enter your basic details such as name, mobile number, and email address.
• Create a unique user ID and password that you will use for further login.
• After submitting your details, an OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to your mobile number or email.
• Enter the OTP in the specified field to verify your contact details.
• After successful verification, you will receive a confirmation message and your login credentials (user ID and password) on the registered email/mobile number.

Step 2: Filling Out the Application Form

• Use the login credentials (user ID and password) to access your account.
• Click on the “Fill Application Form” link.
• Fill in your personal information such as your name, date of birth, gender, and category (General, OBC, SC, ST, etc.).
• Enter your parent's/guardian's contact details.
• Provide your complete address, including pin code, state, and city.
• Ensure that your contact details (mobile number and email) are accurate for any further communication.
• Enter your educational qualifications, such as the name of your school/college, the board of education, year of passing, and subjects studied.
• Provide details of your 10+2 education, including the marks obtained.
• Select the course or programs you are applying for. You can choose your desired undergraduate program(s) related to agriculture, veterinary, or other ICAR-related fields.
• You may need to choose the preferred specialization or stream, based on the courses offered.
• Choose four exam cities as per your preference. These cities will be the locations where you wish to appear for the ICAR AIEEA exam.
• Make sure to select cities that are convenient for you to travel to on the exam day.

Step 3: Uploading Documents

• Upload a recent passport-sized photograph (as per the specified format and size). Make sure your face is clearly visible, and the photo should be in colour.
• Upload your signature in the prescribed format. Ensure the signature is clear and legible.
• If applicable, upload any documents related to your category (such as caste certificate) or other required paperwork.

Step 4: Payment of Application Fee

• The application fee varies depending on your category (General, OBC, SC/ST, PwD). Check the official fee structure.
• You can pay the application fee using online payment methods, such as debit card, credit card, UPI, or net banking.
• Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation of your fee payment. The payment receipt will also be available for download.

Step 5: Review and Submit the Application

• Before submitting your application, carefully review all the entered details. Check for any errors or incomplete fields.
• Ensure that all information, including the documents uploaded, is correct.
• After reviewing, click on the “Submit” button to finalize your application.

Step 6: Download and Save the Confirmation Page

• After submitting your application, a confirmation page will appear.
• Download and save the confirmation page. This page will serve as proof of submission and should be kept for future reference.
• It is advisable to take a printout of the confirmation page and application form for your records.
