IBSAT 2025 Registration, Eligibility, Application Process, Admit Card & Fees

The IBSAT 2025 registration will begin in the first week of July 2025. Students can fill out the form online by visiting general.ibsindia.org. The steps to fill the form, documents needed, fee payment details, and offline application process are explained below. Before filling out the form, students must check if they meet the IBSAT 2025 eligibility rules. If they don’t, their application will be rejected. The IBSAT 2025 exam will be held in the last week of December 2025 in online home-based mode.

The IBSAT 2025 application form will be accessible online and offline. For offline applications, candidates must visit their nearest IBS marketing branch and purchase the application form by paying the exam fee. Further, they should fill out the application form and submit it to the marketing branch. 

IBSAT 2025 Eligibility

Before applying for IBSAT 2025, students must check if they meet the eligibility rules set by IBS. The main requirements are:

• Students should have completed 15 years of education in the 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 pattern.
• They must hold a bachelor’s degree in any subject with at least 50% marks, and English should have been the language of teaching.
• Those who did not study in English during their degree must submit a valid IELTS, TOEFL, or NELT score.
• Final-year degree students can also apply, but they must complete their exams, assignments, vivas, practicals, and clear any backlogs before the given deadline.

IBSAT 2025 Registration Fees

The registration fee for IBSAT 2025 is INR 1800 for all applicants, regardless of their category. There are no fee relaxations for any group.

Key points to remember:

• Same fee for everyone: All candidates, including those from General, SC, ST, OBC, and other categories, must pay INR 1800.
• No discounts: No category is eligible for a fee reduction or concession.
• Mandatory payment: The application will be considered incomplete if the fee is not paid on time, and the candidate will not be allowed to appear for the exam.

IBS Application Form 2025: Using NMAT by GMAC/ XAT/ GMAT/ CAT Scores

Candidates with valid scores in CAT, NMAT by GMAC, XAT, or GMAT can submit the IBS 2025 application form until January 31, 2026. Scores from 2023 onwards will be considered as a replacement for IBSAT 2025. IBSAT 2025 will be conducted in remote proctored mode, allowing applicants to appear for the test from home.

Steps to Submit IBS MBA Application Form 2025:

1. Registration for IBS admission 2025 requires payment of INR 1800 as the application fee.
2. Valid CAT/ NMAT by GMAC/ XAT/ GMAT score (from 2023 onwards) must be provided in the application form.
3. Selection process calls will be issued to shortlisted candidates after result declaration.
4. Selection process at IBS Hyderabad Campus will include micro-presentation and personal interview rounds.
5. Admission confirmation and campus allotment will follow the completion of the selection process.

IBSAT Registration Details 2025: Guidelines

• Eligibility criteria must be checked before filling out the application form.
• Valid email ID, mobile number, and postal address are necessary and should remain active throughout the admission process.
• Educational documents, such as X, XII, graduation marksheets, and professional qualification certificates, should be kept ready for percentage calculation.
• If GPA-based marksheets are issued, conversion to percentage must be done as per the institution's rules.
  (In the absence of a conversion method, CGPA can be divided by the maximum CGPA and multiplied by 100.)

Process to Fill IBSAT 2025 Application Form (Online):

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official IBS website – general.ibsindia.org.
• Click on “Apply to IBS”.
• Provide email ID, mobile number, and postal address.
• Application fee payment of INR 1800 must be completed.
• Login credentials will be shared via email after fee payment.

Step 2: Application Form Filling

• Access the application form using the provided login credentials.
• Personal and academic details such as:
  • Candidate’s Name

  • Identity Proof Details
    should be filled accurately.
• Click on Proceed after entering the required information.

Step 3: Review and Edit

• Application details can be reviewed before final submission.
• Editing of details is possible by selecting the edit option.

Step 4: Fee Payment

• Application fee payment of INR 1800 can be made through:

  • Net Banking

Step 5: Receipt Download

• After successful payment, a payment receipt will be displayed on the screen.
• Printout of the receipt is recommended for future reference.

Process to Fill IBSAT 2025 Application Form (Offline):

Step 1: Application form and prospectus can be purchased from IBS campuses or marketing branches on payment of INR 1800 in cash.

Step 2: An envelope containing the IBSAT prospectus will be provided, with a login ID and voucher number printed on it.

Step 3: Official website login can be accessed using the login ID and voucher number.

Step 4: Password change is required upon the first login before proceeding with the application form filling.

Step 5: IBSAT application form can be filled online after logging in with updated credentials.

IBSAT 2025 Admit Card

The IBSAT 2025 admit card is expected to be released in the first week of October 2025. It will be available for download on the official IBSAT website.
