The Council of Architecture (CoA) commenced the NATA 2025 registration process on February 3, 2025. Candidates seeking admission to the Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) program can access the NATA 2025 application form at nata.in. The final date for form submission will be announced soon. Before applying for the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA), applicants must review the NATA 2025 eligibility criteria. The authorities have announced the registration dates online. The NATA 2025 exam will begin on March 1, 2025, and continue until June 2025.

NATA 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Before filling out the NATA 2025 application form, candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. Failure to meet these criteria may result in immediate disqualification of the application.

To be eligible for NATA 2025, candidates must have completed or be appearing for one of the following:

• 10+2 examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the following: Chemistry, Biology, Technical Vocational subject, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practices, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies, securing at least 45% aggregate marks.
• 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject, securing at least 45% aggregate marks. 

How to Fill the NATA 2025 Application Form?

Filling out the NATA 2025 application form is a crucial step for candidates aspiring to pursue a career in architecture. The Council of Architecture (CoA) conducts NATA, and the application process is entirely online through the official website, www.nata.in. Below is a step-by-step guide to completing the NATA 2025 application form.

Step 1: Visit the Official Website: Candidates should first visit the official NATA website i.e. https://nata.in/ and click on the "NATA 2025 Registration" link available on the homepage.

Step 2: Register as a New User: To begin the registration process, candidates need to create an account by entering their full name, email ID, mobile number, nationality and date of birth. Once the details are submitted, they will receive login credentials (User ID and Password) via email and SMS.

Step 3: Login and Fill in the Application Form: After logging in with the provided credentials, candidates must fill in their personal details, including their name, parents' names, date of birth, gender, nationality, category, and Aadhaar number. They also need to enter their permanent and correspondence addresses, along with their educational qualifications, such as details of Class 10 and Class 12 examinations.

Step 4: Select the Exam Center: Candidates must choose up to three preferred exam centers from the list provided. The allotment of centers is based on availability and the order of preference.

Step 5: Upload Required Documents: Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of their passport-size photograph, signature, Class 10th and 12th mark sheets, and a valid ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID). The documents must be uploaded in the prescribed format and size, as specified on the website.

Step 6: Payment of Application Fee: The application fee must be paid online using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI. The fee structure varies based on the number of attempts and the candidate’s category. The fee is non-refundable, so candidates should ensure accuracy before proceeding with payment.

Step 7: Review and Submit the Application: Before final submission, candidates should carefully review all the details they have entered. Once verified, they can proceed to submit the application and complete the payment process.

Step 8: Download the Confirmation Page: After successful submission, candidates should download the confirmation page and keep multiple copies for future reference. This document serves as proof of successful registration.

NATA 2025 Application Fee

The application fee for General and OBC (NCL) candidates is Rs. 1,750. SC, ST, EWS, and PwD candidates need to pay Rs. 1,250, while transgender candidates have to pay Rs. 1,000. For candidates applying from outside India, the fee is Rs. 15,000.

Class 10th Marksheet (Mandatory)

• Format: PDF
• Size: 50 KB – 500 KB
• Specifications: Must be clearly visible and scanned properly.

Class 12th Marksheet (If available)

• Size: 50 KB – 500 KB
• Specifications: Required if the candidate has already passed the exam; those appearing in 2025 can upload later.

NATA 2025 Application Form Correction

Registered candidates will be able to access the correction facility after the NATA 2025 application process is complete. Using the NATA 2025 application correction facility, candidates can modify certain details they previously submitted. No requests for corrections will be accepted after the final deadline. Candidates can follow the steps below to access the NATA 2025 application correction facility.

• Go to the official NATA 2025 website.
• Use your registered credentials (application number and password) to log in.
• Locate and click on the "Application Correction" or "Edit Application" link.
• Edit only the fields that are allowed for correction. Ensure all details are accurate before submitting.
• Carefully review the modifications to avoid errors.
• Click the "Submit" button to save the changes.
• After submission, download and print the corrected application form for future reference.

Steps to Recover NATA 2025 Login Password

If you have forgotten your NATA 2025 login password, follow these steps to retrieve it:

• Visit the Official NATA 2025 Website: Go to the official NATA portal.
• Click on the "Forgot Password" Link: On the login page, locate and click on the "Forgot Password" option.
• Enter Required Details: Provide the necessary details, such as your registered email ID, mobile number, or application number.
• Choose Password Recovery Option: Select how you want to reset your password (via email OTP or SMS OTP).
• Enter the OTP Received: Check your email or mobile for the OTP and enter it in the provided field.
• Create a New Password: Once verified, set a new secure password.
• Confirm & Save: Re-enter the new password for confirmation and save the changes.
• Log in with the New Password: Use the updated password to access your NATA 2025 account.
