University Of Petroleum Energy Studies Engineering Aptitude Test Application Process

The UPES has started the UPESEAT application process for years 2025-26. The UPESEAT application form 2025 was made available for the applicants on September 1, 2025. The UPES registration window will remain open for new applicants. Candidates seeking admission to BTech courses in the UPES must check the eligibility criteria. Candidates who will qualify for JEE main or CUET UG need not fill the UPES 2025 application form. Candidates can fill out the UPESEAT 2025 application form online only. The UPES has revised the UPESEAt 2025 application fee for applicants.

Applicants must check the UPESEAT 2025 eligibility criteria 2025 before filling out the UPESEAT application form 2025. Apart from the UPESEAT 2025, applicants can also apply for admission through JEE Main, CUET UG, and class 12th marks. Candidates need to complete all the stages of UPESEAT 2025 to submit the application form. The UPESEAT 2025 application form consists of stages namely registration, filling up details, uploading documents and submitting the application fee. The UPESEAT 2025 application fee is INR 1750 for each course, candidates opting for more than one course must pay the application fee for the respective courses.

How to Fill UPESEAT 2025 Application Form?

The candidates will need to follow and complete certain steps to complete the UPESEAT 2025 application process. Candidates can check steps below,

Step 1: Register as a New applicant

• Visit the official website of UPES; upes.ac.in
• Click on the Applicant Login/Apply in the top right corner of the page.
• The candidate will be required to fill requisite.After filling all details, candidates need to select their Nationality, Program, and Application mode
• Candidates must verify their mobile number and E-mail ID to further proceed with the application process.

Step 2: UPES Application Fee Payment

• After completing the UPESEAT 2025 registration, To proceed further click on Go To Payment
• A candidate has to pay an amount of INR 1750/- as the UPESEAT application fee.
• Any mode of payment is acceptable.
• There is no provision for paying the application fee offline.

Step 3: Filling the Educational Details (Academic History)

• In the second step of the UPESEAT 2025 application form process, applicants have to fill in academic details of Class 10th (Percentage/CGPA), Class 12th (Percentage/CGPA), Marks (Marks in Percentage, PCM/PCB Percentage), Name of the School and others.
• After filling in all the information in the UPES application form, applicants are advised to review all the details once and then click on Complete Application Form.

Step 4: Final submission of UPES Application Form 2025

• In the last step, candidates need to upload the scanned images of required documents and review all the details filled in the UPESEAT registration form.
• Submit the UPESEAT 2025 application form, Take the printout of the filled-in application form of UPESEAT 2025 for future reference.

UPESEAT Application Fee 2025

After completing the UPESEAT 2025 application form, applicants must pay the UPESEAT 2025 exam application fee. The application fee of UPESEAT is INR 1750 for all candidates. Applicants will be able to complete the UPESEAT application fee payment through credit/debit card, UPI, internet banking and others.
