VITMEE 2025 Admit Card: Slot Booking, Steps to Download, Exam Day Centres, Exam Day Guidelines

Vellore Institute of Technology is going to release the VITMEE 2025 Admit Card in April 2025. Applicants who have registered for the VIT Master’s Entrance Examination can access and download their admit cards from the official VIT website at vit.ac.in.

VITMEE 2025 is scheduled to take place on April 20, 2025, and April 24, 2025, across various cities in India. The examination will be conducted over a duration of 2 hours, from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM.

VITMEE 2025 exam will consist of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs), awarding one mark for each correct answer, with no negative marking for incorrect responses. The question paper will be in English and will be divided into two sections: 80 questions from technical subjects and 20 questions from English Communication.

How to Download the VITMEE 2025 Admit Card?

Candidates may follow the steps below to download the VITMEE 2025 admit card from the official website.

Step 1: Slot Booking is Mandatory

• Visit the official portal: admissions.vit.ac.in
• Log in using the registered email ID and password.
• Complete the slot booking by selecting the test date, time, and exam center.
• Slot booking is on a first-come, first-served basis and is mandatory to generate the admit card.
  
  

Step 2: Download Admit Card

• Once the slot is booked successfully, the admit card will be generated automatically.
• Download and take a printout of the admit card.

Documents to Carry with the VITMEE 2025 Admit Card

As per the guidelines of VIT University, all candidates are required to carry their admit cards while appearing for the VITMEE 2025 examination. Below is a list of documents that must be carried to the exam center:

Printed VITMEE 2025 Admit Card: Ensure a printed copy of the admit card with all the details mentioned correctly is available.

Valid Photo ID Proof: Acceptable photo IDs include:

• Aadhar Card
• Passport
• Voter ID
• Driving License
• Government-issued ID

Passport-sized Photograph: Carry one passport-sized photograph (the same as uploaded during registration) for verification purposes.

VITMEE 2025 Exam Day Guidelines

On the day of the VITMEE 2025 examination, candidates are required to adhere to the following guidelines and instructions as per the official VIT information:

• Candidates should arrive at the examination hall at least 1.5 hours before the exam starts.
• The exam will commence at 2:30 PM and conclude at 4:30 PM. Candidates will not be allowed entry into the examination hall after 2:00 PM. 

• A printed copy of the VITMEE 2025 Admit Card is mandatory. Without it, entry to the exam hall will be denied.
• Along with the admit card, candidates must present a valid photo ID, such as Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, or any Government-issued ID.

• Candidates will be assigned specific computer systems by the hall invigilators for the Computer-Based Test (CBT).
• The exam will begin promptly at the scheduled time, with announcements made by the invigilators.
• Candidates are not permitted to leave the exam hall until the conclusion of the exam at 4:30 PM, even if they finish early.

• Items such as mobile phones, calculators, electronic devices, printed or written materials, slide rules, log tables, and electronic watches with calculator facilities are strictly prohibited inside the examination hall.
• Candidates should bring their own pencil or pen for any rough calculations. Sharing of stationery during the exam is not allowed.
