M S Ramaiah Institute of Management (MSRIM) was established in 1995 by the Gokula Education Foundation (GEF). This institute is part of the Ramaiah Group of Institutions in Bengaluru. It offers a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) program, which is approved by AICTE and accredited by NBA. The program is also recognized by AIU as equivalent to an MBA.
