The Training & Placement Cell serves as a bridge between students and reputable organizations such as Reliance Industries Limited, Piramal Healthcare, Avenue Supermarts Limited (D-Mart), Axis Bank, ICICI Bank, and many others. The Training & Placement Cell also facilitates contact between the institution and industry to carry out student placement drives.

The University invites recognized firms from many fields to campus placements. Every year, various industries come to the University Departments for campus interviews. Various Departments of the University provide central placement activities for students from all over Saurashtra through the Training and Placement Cell. The University also works with numerous companies to provide regular placement activities in order to better prepare students for the future. The university also hosts Mega Placement Fairs for the entire region.
Saurashtra University - Improving Students Skills
The Training & Placement Cell frequently organizes Resume Evaluation Process seminars for final semester students from all departments to ensure the most effective resume preparation. The Training & Placement Cell actively works to improve the skills of the students by organizing numerous instructive Contra Drive (Confidence + Training) workshops.
