National Law Institute University (NLUI) in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and the Bar Council of India (BCI). NLIU Bhopal is the Second NLU established after NLSIU, Bangalore. NLIU Bhopal has MoUs with Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation, New Delhi, and with six Foreign Universities. NLUI Bhopal has been established by Act No. 41 of 1997 of the Madhya Pradesh Legislature to fill the gap and provide the most modern legal education through multidisciplinary teaching and training of newer skills needed for the profession.
