These courses are available in 10 different areas, such as Arts, Science, Engineering, Medicine, Management, and Humanities. Besides regular full-time courses, Annamalai University offers more than 500 courses through its Distance Education program.

Annamalai University supports students in finding jobs through its training and placement cell. Final semester students are eligible to participate in placement drives organized by the university. To help students prepare, the university provides soft skills training and arranges mock interviews before these drives.
