- First Graduate Fresh/Renewal Scholarship Form- The First Graduate Scholarship Concession Form for Annamalai University is designed for students applying for or renewing the scholarship for the academic year. It requires details such as the student's roll number, admission application number, and personal information including their name, course, year of study, and permanent address. The form also asks for bank account details, UMIS number, Aadhaar number, and first graduate number. Additional information includes community and sub-caste, date of joining, and mobile numbers of both the student and parent. Students must indicate if they have received any other scholarships. Enclosures required include the original counseling letter, first graduate certificate, community certificate, bank passbook copy, identity card, tuition fee challan, and mark sheets.
