BITS Pilani Eligibility Criteria 2025

The Eligibility Criteria is different for various programs. For UG programs, It requires candidates with a 45%-40% aggregate in a 10+2 equivalent higher qualifying exam recognised by related boards with relevant subjects and a valid BITSAT Score. For a PG Program, It requires candidates with a minimum of 50% to 45% aggregate in graduation and a valid GATE/ BITSAT/ BAAT/ CAT Score. For a PhD Program, It requires candidates with a minimum of 55% to 50% aggregate in masters and a valid BITS Entrance Test Score.
