- Burdwan University 2024 Admission is currently open. Interested applicants can apply for their desired Undergraduate and Postgraduate Programmes. The Burdwan University Admission application forms will be available from 8th September 2024 to 12th September 2024.
- The University will release Merit lists for UG Admissions on 13th September 2024. Students must check out the merit lists from the official website. Selected students are required to visit the campus for admission from 14th September 2024 to 16th September 2024. Soon after the release of the 1st merit list, the university will release the 2nd and 3rd merit list on 18th September and 23rd September 2024, respectively.
- The Burdwan University PG (Arts) Admission portal is now open. Interested students must hurry up to apply for admission on or before 17th September 2024. The merit list for PG (Arts) admission will be released on 20th September 2024.
- Admission for other PG programs such as MA, M.Sc and M.Com which are offered in Distance Education mode is also currently ongoing. Admission last date to the above mentioned programs in distance mode is extended up to 30th September 2024. Applicants can easily apply for the courses by visiting the official website at dde.buruniv.ac.in.
- The 4-year BA & B.Sc programs' document verification is scheduled to be conducted from 3rd September to 6th September 2024. For the 3-year BA & B.Sc program, document verification will be held from 4th September to 7th September 2024.
- Moreover, BU or University of Burdwan is also conducting the BA LL.B Admission. Students can apply on or before 9th September 2024. The first merit list will be published on 11th September 2024. For BA LLB admission 2024, the admission test will be conducted on 19th September 2024. The admit card for the BA LLB Admission test will be available on the official website from 17th September 2024.
- As per the NIRF 2024 Rankings, Burdwan University ranks between 151-200 out of 200 colleges in India.
