The Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University campus spans 264 acres. CSJMU excels in providing its students and teachers with every facility that is needed for their personal and professional growth. Facilities like the Students Welfare Centre, Clubs, Career counselling and guidance, Hostel, etc. The residential wing of the campus includes faculties of Life Sciences, Business Management, Education, and English. There are separate hostel, academic and administrative blocks. CSJMU library has its computer subnet with the most modern Cat-6 network technology.
- Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University central library 219,529 books, 24,914 gifted books and 8,749 World Bank Publications. The library has spacious reading halls with a seating capacity of 320 students. It subscribes about 135 Indian and 69 foreign research journals.
- Hostel
Kanpur University has 3 girls hostel and 1 boys hostel.All the hostels have basic amenities like water purifiers, common room, recreation room, mess, TV, security and surveillance system etc. The students are allowed to use their own computer in the rooms.
