GIBS Business School: Courses & Fees 2025 – Admission Dates, Eligibility & Fees

The PGDM program at GIBS Business School is affiliated to AICTE and the BBA program is affiliated to Bangalore University. The fee for both programs is to be paid in three installments. The admission processing charges are to be paid only once at the time of admission. The school charges for the hostel facility that it provides. If one wants international exposure then students have to pay some extra amount for that which is not included in the overall fee taken by the school. GIBS also offers scholarships and financial assistance to its students.

The hostel fee is the same for both male and female candidates and it is not compulsory to reside in the campus hostel. One can reside in other hostels or paying guests also. The hostel fee comprises all the services such as water, electricity, food, and laundry.

GIBS Bangalore Scholarship

GIBS Business School offers various scholarships to students such as scholarships based on merit, siblings scholarship, and scholarship to students who have scored well in CAT , XAT , CMAT , GMAT , etc exams. Also, various awards are given to students who have been in the top three during the academic year of BBA and PGDM.

GIBS Bangalore Scholarship for PGDM-enrolled candidates

Entrance-based scholarship is offered to only PGDM enrolled candidates. These scholarships are discussed below.

The scholarship is worth INR 25,000 if the candidate's score falls between 70 and 79.99 percentiles.

GIBS Bangalore Awards for BBA and PGDM students

Awards to students are given in four categories. These categories are discussed below.

J.P Goyal Memorial Award	If a student has been declared as the student of the year in BBA or PGDM, an amount of INR 21,000 to BBA enrolled candidate and amount INR 51,000 to PGDM enrolled candidate along with a trophy is given
Shakuntala Devi Award	If the student is the first academic topper of BBA or PGDM, INR 11,000 plus a trophy is given to that student.
Atal Bihari Vajpayee Award	If the student is the second academic topper of BBA or PGDM, INR 11,000 plus a trophy is given to that student.
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Award	If the student is the third academic topper of BBA or PGDM, INR 11,000 plus a trophy is given to that student.

GIBS Bangalore Fee Payment Methods

One can pay their admission and tuition fees using any mode. For online mode, one can choose netbanking, UPI, e-wallets, etc. and for offline payments, students can submit a cheque or DD.
