IIM Lucknow FPM (PhD) Programme
The IIM Lucknow FPM programme is a doctoral level programme which was launched in 2000-01. This program is designed specifically for individuals who want to hone their research talents and teaching skills.This is a full-time residential program which is offered for a duration of four years & six months. During the first two years, students spend their time on course work. Whereas, the remaining two years and six months are given for research and thesis preparation. The institution also provides hostel accommodation for married students along with their spouse and children.
IIM Lucknow EFPM Programme
IIM Lucknow's Executive Fellow Programme in Management (EFPM) is a doctoral level programme. This is a part-time, non-residential programme where students are expected to complete in five years. An extension of two years can be granted with the approval from the TAC. This programme is designed for candidates to prepare them for the mid-senior and senior level executive in the business career. It primarily focuses on preparing students for careers in management research, teaching, and consulting.
- First Year (Mandatory Course Work) - An EFPM student must complete first-year coursework with the Post Graduate Programme for Working Executives (PGPWE). All of these are required courses. PGPWE classes are held on alternate weekends at IIM Lucknow's NOIDA campus.
- Second Year (Mandatory Course Work) - In the second year of EFPM, students must take specialized electives as well as obligatory courses. In order to complete these courses, an EFPM student must undertake three 21-day visits to the NOIDA/Lucknow Campus during their second year.
