Indian Institute of Technology Madras includes intakes of students by the common entrance exams called JEE Advanced , GATE , IIT JAM and CAT. In the year of 2023,2024 , The College declared the final selection list based on JEE Advanced, CAT , IIT JAM, GATE marks and ranks for the all branches of the college.
The College has made criteria of minimum cut off in the range of 589 to 787 plus marks for GATE 2023 for admission in Indian Institute of Technology Madras . The cutoff will depend on the course offered by the University.
