JK Lakshmipat University

Jk Lakshmipat University is spread in an area of around 30 acres. It is a well known University which has great infrastructure containing almost all facilities like medical center, classrooms, research labs, laboratories and computer labs, Cafeteria ,indoor and outdoor sports facility, staff rooms, department rooms, Bank on Campus, parking lot and bus center for the students and staff etc.

The University also has an auditorium with a capacity of over 1300. It also provides huge grounds for cricket, basketball court, rooms for cultural activities, sports complex, eateries , library, laboratories etc.

 

Library:

The University has a well maintained central library which has a great infrastructure with a 24/7 wifi enabled system which helps students without facing any issues while accessing the books for academic use.It also has a rich collection of books which are published by famous journals. It also operates as an open access system centrally for providing smooth accessibility to students. Its library has a seating capacity of around 600+ students which includes  Students Aid Fund section, laptops , desktops for differently-abled. The library of the University provides great opportunities to the students by providing  various opportunities like internships opportunities etc. 

 

Auditorium:

The University provides Auditoriums to the students which are fully air conditioned. It has around 1  Auditorium with the latest facilities and modern features. Through this Auditorium students will get hands-on experience in the field of various related seminars or programs and be able to visualize the real life things in easy ways.

 

Laboratories:

The University provides various laboratories to the students under the program of Engineering and Business Administration etc. It has around 13+ research labs , computer labs with latest facilities and modern features. By these laboratories students will get hands-on experience in the field of various related programs and be able to visualize the real life things in easy ways.

 

IT Infrastructure:

JKLU provides IT infrastructure for students to ensure the smooth academics. It provides 400+ laptops, 150+ desktops, Around 10 computer labs, browsing centers, and an e-learning center in the Library  for students from various departments to gain hands-on experience in every field. It provides wifi for the whole campus which helps students to explore everything in the meantime.

 

Health Centre: 

The University also provides a Health Centre which is located at a hygiene place of the University.it addresses the health or medical issues of the students and ensures to provide the best facilities. The University has highly qualified doctors, apart from that, the university also allows doctors from outside for helping the students. It also provides medical insurance for the students . 

 

Sports facilities:

The University also provides various sports facilities for students to relieve their stress from academics after academic activities. It provides opportunities in the field of sports which includes extra curricular activities. It provides facilities for various types of sports which are known as indoor and outdoor sports.

JKLU also provides a well managed cricket ground which is spread across 1,70,000 square feets with three practice nets and  various facilities. It also provides a football ground which is spread across 60,000 square feets and well maintained basketball, volleyball and badminton courts. As mentioned above it provides indoor games like carrom, chess and table tennis etc.

It also provides a gym in an open area for students . It also allows students to use swimming pool facilities at nearby stadiums by paying some fees. 

Cafeteria:

JKLU also provides Cafeteria for students to have the best food after the hectic schedule of classes and labs. It provides one common canteen for the students and staff and other canteens for students. The canteen has a well maintained hygiene kitchen with a highly qualified chef and everytime it uses fresh ingredients and items for the good taste and healthy environment.

 

Bank:

The University provides Banks in the campus to help the students to have smooth transactions or banking facilities. It provides banks like SBI Bank. Students can visit these banks to have a better offline banking process for transactions or depositing the money and students can avail facilities like ATM machines for offline cash for their needs.
