Kurukshetra University Centre for Training, Internships, and Employment (KUCTIE) has been built to efficiently integrate classroom and practical learning experiences. It has replaced the Placement Cell and will have a broader reach that aligns with the university's vision and missions. The Center will collaborate with university departments/institutions to cover the following activities under its scope:
- Departments/institutions provide guidance and help for university students seeking training and placement.
- Organize campus placement drives.
- Career guidance for university students.
- Arrange and coordinate campus visits for industry experts/professionals from various departments/institutions, as well as student trips to industry/corporate organizations.
- Organize lectures/discussions by internal faculty, senior management practitioners, and other experts/consultants on popular topics of general interest, such as time management, personality development, placement challenges, communication and confidence building, the latest business and industry trends, the international business scenario, and so on.
- Collaboration with various government/private agencies to enhance training and employment-related initiatives.
- Organize programmes for university students to promote self-employment and entrepreneurship.
