NSIT provides a two-year full-time, four-semester MBA program. NSIT also has a specialized MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and Venture Development (IEV) in addition to the generic MBA course. These MBA courses are admitted purely on the basis of the performance at entrance exams, i.e., the CAT and MAT. To be eligible for admission to the MBA program at NSIT, intending candidates must hold an undergraduate degree with a minimum aggregate of 60% (50% for candidates under reserved categories).

Netaji Subhas University of Technology offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in various engineering and technology disciplines. Here's an overview of the application process for the academic year 2025:

Important Documents Required during Admission Process:
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university with at least 60% or equivalent CGPA.
Therefore, the admission process depends on the score in CAT, which is conducted by the IIMs.
Students have to register themselves online to the NSUT website and also submit the required documents once the CAT results are declared.
Once a candidate has applied, they will be shortlisted and invited for further rounds based on their scores in CAT, which usually include a group discussion and a personal interview.
The final selection is based on the entrance exam score obtained by the candidate (CAT), GD, PI, academic records, and so on.
The shortlisted candidates are required to submit the course fee in order to secure the admitted seat.
No, there is no direct admission into the BTech courses. For BTech courses, students must appear in the JEE Main exam and then take part in the counseling process as per their scores.
