Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, named after the great son of India, Shaed-e-Aazam, Sardar Bhagat Singh was established as a coeducational college of University of Delhi.
This college takes pride in having an accomplished faculty. Admission on the basis of sports
- The candidate interested to seek admission under sports category are advised to apply online as per University of Delhi guidelines stipulated in University Website.
- The admission on sports basis will be granted, total number of positions/ seats for admission on the basis of sports are 30 (21 for men section, 09 for women section)
Admission Procedure:
For admission to undergraduate programs of University of Delhi, all candidates must appear in the Common University Entrance test (CUET-UG/PG).
Step 1:- CUET registration 2024 Seeking candidates for admission at LSR need to first register themselves via CUET.
Step 2:- Appear for the CUET exam Candidates who are willing to get into the colleges, and who are already registered for CUET are required to appear for the exam in the subject of their choice and get a valid score.

- Fill out the preferences of Lady Shri Ram College for Women and desired course combinations
- Pay the application fee that students require to pay. This fee is non-refundable.
Counselling process:
The Lady Shri Ram College for Women admission process after the CUET result declaration is explained below:-
- After the declaration of the CUET UG/PG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.
- The university will release the dates of the DU CSAS seat allocation list for all categories. Selected candidates should be “frozen†to confirm the admission process.
- Once the candidate “Accepts†the provisionally allocated seat, the Lady Shri Ram College for Women will verify the eligibility of the documents uploaded by the candidates online.

SBSC has not released the latest placement reports. As per the March 2019 report, over 160 students were presented with offers during Shaheed Bhagat Singh College placements 2019. Out of these, more than 130 were job offers and around 30 were offers for articleship. The highest package recorded during Shaheed Bhagat Singh placements 2019 was INR 20 LPA offered by D. E. Shaw & Co. Whereas, the average package stood at INR 4.69 LPA. Additionally, the placement cell also invited firms like Mazars and AARK India, among others to hire college students for articleship.
Shaheed Bhagat Singh College Delhi has a Career Guidance Cell that provides information related to various courses and career opportunities. The cell is responsible for organising career guidance programmes, seminars, coaching classes for competitive examinations, campus interviews, skill training programmes, etc. Each year a career orientation seminar is conducted by the cell, inclusive of practical training, group discussions, model interview, and personality development exercises. The college also has a career corner in the library for the guidance of students or alumni who are preparing for competitive examinations.

According to the official prospectus, the SBSC placement cell is an official association of students who are responsible for inviting the companies, as well as promoting skill enhancement and personality development-oriented workshops and seminars.
