SBIHM Admission 2025
Eligible candidates can obtain the admission form and prospectus for the applicable course from the Institute as well as the official website. Fill out the form and send it to SBIHM's corporate address, together with an attested copy of necessary papers. An application fee of INR 800 must be paid in the form of a DD made out to Subhas Bose Institute of Hotel Management. The institute shortlists the individual, who will then be invited for an entrance test for ultimate admission.
SBIHM Kolkata Admission Procedure
As SBIHM provides multiple UG, PG and diploma courses, the eligibility criteria for all are different and according to the norms of the education department.
- The candidate should have passed Class 10 from a recognised board for Diploma courses.
- For Bachelor courses, the candidate should have passed Class 12 from a recognised board and scored a minimum of 40% to secure a seat in any course. No entrance test is conducted for admission to a Bachelor's degree.
- For a Master's Degree, students should possess an undergraduate degree or have passed the final exam of the undergraduate course. For admission to a Master's degree, the student should have completed an undergraduate course related to the same field.

- Library - The campus consists of one central library, which is well-managed. It contains various books related to hotel management and related fields. Major multilingual (Bengali, Hindi, English) national and regional newspapers are available in the library.
