UPRTOU, as an open university, has got all the necessary facilities on the campus to support the students. These include admissions and administrative offices, multiple labs, a bank, a medical center, and a big library. The library offers students both online and offline
1. Library: The university library offers adequate space and necessary equipment aimed to help the students with their studies. Over the years, it has amassed more than 40 thousand books, which includes a wide variety of topics that can be used for studying and conducting research. Besides the physical books, the library also has DVDs/CDs, e-books, and journals, which are the reasons behind the holistic nature of the learning environment. Apart from that, students can also access a daily newspaper service that will keep them in the loop of current events. The library's voluminous collection includes a total of 41,366 books, 442 journals, 1,613 e-books, 1.22 lakh CCF collections, 33,931 periodicals, 9.23 lakh database articles, and 22,234 CDs/DVDs, which clearly demonstrate the library's aspiration to become a treasure chest of academic resources.
- Hostels: The university provides hostel accommodation for students who come from other regions. There are separate hostels for boys and girls to make sure they have their own privacy and comfort. The hostel facilities include mess or canteen services, which provide meals to students living on campus.

The Chemistry Lab makes it possible for students to carry out practical experiments, research, and other activities in the field of chemistry. The Computer Lab is a place where students can access computers and software to study Information Technology and computer science. The Audio-Visual Lab enables students to learn through multimedia and audiovisual materials. Moreover, the Plant Diversity Lab emphasizes the study of plant species and the issue of biodiversity.
