AIMA MAT 2025 Registration: (Ongoing for May Session), Fees, How to Apply

All India Management Association (AIMA) has officially released the MAT May 2025 exam dates on its website. The Paper-Based Test (PBT) will be held on May 31, 2025, while the Computer-Based Test (CBT) will take place on June 8, 2025. Interested candidates can register for the MAT May 2025 session through AIMA's official website, mat.aima.in. The registration deadline for PBT is May 25, 2025, and for CBT, it is June 2, 2025.

The application fee for the Paper-Based Test (PBT) or Computer-Based Test (CBT) is INR 2,200 (inclusive of GST). Candidates can opt for both PBT and CBT (PBT+CBT) by paying an additional fee of INR 1,600, making the total fee INR 3,800 (inclusive of GST).

Candidates opting for both test modes (PBT+CBT) will have the benefit of selecting an additional 2 Management Institutes for sending their scores. This is in addition to the option of selecting 5 Management Institutes, meaning they can select up to 7 Management Institutes in total. Additionally, candidates must pay an extra fee for selecting the institutes where their MAT scores will be sent.

AIMA MAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

To appear for the AIMA MAT 2025, candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university or institution. 
• Age Limit: There is no specific age limit for the AIMA MAT 2025 exam.
• Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
• Minimum Marks Requirement: While AIMA does not set a minimum percentage to appear for MAT, individual participating institutes may have their own requirements.
• Appearing Candidates: Candidates who are currently in their final year of undergraduate studies are also eligible to apply for the AIMA MAT 2025.

To complete the AIMA MAT 2025 registration, candidates are required to have the following documents ready:

• Valid Email ID: A current and accessible email address for all communications.
• Scanned Photograph: A recent passport-sized photograph (10 to 50 KB) in JPEG format.
• Scanned Signature: A scanned image of your signature (5 to 20 KB) in JPEG format.
• Payment Details: Information related to your Credit Card, Debit Card (ATM Card), Net Banking, UPI, or Paytm wallet for fee payment.

AIMA MAT 2025 Application Fee

The application fee for AIMA MAT 2025 is as follows:

• Paper-Based Test (PBT) or Computer-Based Test (CBT): INR 2,200 (Rupees Two Thousand Two Hundred Only), inclusive of GST.
• Both PBT and CBT: INR 3,800 (Rupees Three Thousand Eight Hundred Only), inclusive of GST.

How to Fill AIMA MAT 2025 Application Form?

AIMA MAT 2025 application form for the May session is now available online. Candidates can fill out the application form by following the steps outlined below.

Step 1: Registration

• Visit the official AIMA MAT website (https://mat.aima.in/) and click on the "Register" button.
• Fill in personal details, including name, email address, mobile number, and date of birth.
• Create a password for the account and agree to the terms and conditions.
• Click "Submit" to complete the registration process.

Step 2: Application Form Filling

• Log in using the registered email ID and password.
• Complete the application form by providing necessary details such as personal information (father's name, mother's name, gender, marital status, nationality, and category), educational qualifications (details of 10+2 and undergraduate education), and communication details (address, city, state, pin code, country).
• Select the preferred test mode (PBT, CBT, or both), test date, and city preferences.
• Upload the required documents, including a recent passport-sized photograph (10 to 50 KB) and a scanned image of the signature (5 to 20 KB).
• Review all the entered information for accuracy, agree to the declaration and terms, and click "Submit."

Step 3: Payment of Application Fee

• After submission, proceed to the payment page. Choose the preferred payment method, such as Credit Card/Debit Card (ATM Card), Net Banking, UPI, or Paytm Wallet.
• The application fee for the Paper-Based Test (PBT) or Computer-Based Test (CBT) is INR 2,200 (inclusive of GST), and for both PBT and CBT, it is INR 3,800 (inclusive of GST).
• Complete the payment process and note the transaction reference number.

Step 4: Admit Card

• After successful registration and payment, the admit card will be available for download. Log in on the official website and navigate to the "Admit Card" section.
• Download and print the admit card.
