• Candidates should be Indian citizens.
• Candidates must have passed their two-year intermediate examination in a (10+2) education format from any board/institution recognized by a state board or national boards of education.
• They must have passed (10+2) with a minimum of 45%.
• Candidates belonging to SC/ST must have secured a 40% score in their (10+2) examinations to appear for the AP LAWCET 2025.

AP LAWCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria for 3-year LLB 

The following is the eligibility criteria for the candidates to appear in the AP LAWCET 2025 who aspire to take this entrance examination for admission in 3-year LLB course:-

• Candidates should have passed their graduation in any discipline under (10+2+3) format. 
• Candidates should have a minimum percentage of 45% marks in their graduation examinations.
• Candidates with less than 45% in (10+2) examinations must have an additional graduation or a postgraduate degree with a minimum of 45%.
• They must be Indian citizens.
• Candidates from the SC/ ST category require a minimum of 40% to take the AP LAWCET exam for admission to a 3-year LLB course.

AP PGLCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria 

The eligibility criteria of AP PGLCET include qualifications and marks a candidate should score to attempt the AP PGLCET 2025 to seek admission into the LLM courses. Candidates belong to different categories. However, for appearing in the AP PGLCET, the marks candidates must score differs with the categories of candidates, while the qualification for candidates belonging to all the categories is identical.

• Non-Indian candidates may also apply if they adhere to the rules and regulations as specified by the concerned Universities.
• Aspirants of AP LAWCET 2025 exam should also satisfy the local status requirements if applicable.
• Students who are from Telangana must check their eligibility for the local status for registration in AP LAWCET 2025 at the official website.
• A Local Candidate of AP: Those who have migrated from Telangana to Andhra Pradesh within five years from June 2, 2014, shall be eligible as a local candidate of AP for admission.
