The final week of June 2025 will see the release of the admission card. On June 28, 2025, the admit card for the session 2025 was made available. The test is scheduled for July of 2025.
The only manner of the result will be released in August 2025. August 2025 will see the start of counseling a few days after the results are announced.

- Candidates will be taken to the BCECE Admit Card after that.
- Put in the password and email address.
- Press the sign-in button.
- Candidate's system screen will display the admit card.
- After selecting the print option, print the admit card.
- Save the admit card till the counseling session is finished.

Applicants should carefully review the information contained on their admit card.
- Candidates may rectify any inconsistency in the admit card by contacting the board office before the prescribed date.
- If, for some reason, candidates are unable to download their admit card through the website, they can obtain a replacement admit card by bringing a photocopy of their online application (PART-A and Par-B) and two photos to the designated board office.
- The admit card cannot be downloaded by candidates who have not completed their online application form in its entirety.
- Candidates must sign the space provided on their admit card in front of the invigilator on exam day.
- The admit card will have the exam location printed on it.
