BCECE 2025 Application: Application Form, Dates, How to Apply, Fees

The BCECE 2025 application form will be available in the third week of April 2025. Applicants can obtain the BCECE application form online by visiting the official website. The application process consists of many steps including registration, application form fill-up, document uploading, and fee payment. By the final week of May 2025, candidates will have the opportunity to complete the BCECE 2025 application. Meanwhile, candidates must complete parts A and B and save them for later use. 

Last year, the application form was available on April 19, 2024. The Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board administers the examination. The BCECE is conducted to offer admission to students in Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy courses at the undergraduate level. BCECE Eligibility Criteria 2025

Candidates who want to fill out the BCECE 2025 application form must fulfil the BCECE eligibility criteria. The eligibility criteria for the engineering, and agriculture & pharmacy programs are listed below:

For Engineering courses:

• The candidate must pass the 12th-grade exam or its equivalent from a recognized board.
• Candidates should have had physics, chemistry, and mathematics as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exams.
• Candidates must obtain at least 45% of the total marks (or 40% for SC/ST candidates).
• The candidate must possess a domicile certificate from Bihar state.
• Candidates will also be considered qualified if they possess a valid JEE Main scorecard.

For Agriculture and Pharmacy courses:

• The candidate must pass the 12th-grade exam or its equivalent from a recognized board.
• Candidates must obtain at least 45% of the total marks (or 40% for SC/ST candidates).
• Candidates should have had physics, chemistry, and biology as mandatory subjects in the qualifying exams
• The candidate's age should be at least 16 years as of December 31, 2025.

How to Complete the 2025 BCECE Application Form?

Prospective applicants should carefully read the guidelines before completing the application form. In order to fill out the BCECE application form 2025, they must adhere to these easy instructions.

Step 1: Sign up

• Visit the official website.
• Carefully read the instructions.
• Select New Registration by clicking.
• The following fields must be filled out by candidates: name, course group, date of birth, residence eligibility, reservation category, and others.
• They now need to provide their password and mobile number or email address.
• Candidates will receive an OTP on their registered email ID or mobile number.
• Enter the received OTP and click Submit to validate the number.
• The candidate's ID and password will be created and given to the registered mail ID following verification.
• Once all the information has been entered, click Sign up.
• Candidates must now check and validate their data before submitting it.
• Click the Confirm button if the information provided is accurate.
• Following that, an activation link will be sent to the email address that the candidates provided.
• Select the link labelled Click Here to Verify/Activate.
• Now log in with the assigned information and continue to the next stages.

Step 2: Personal Details

• Enter the registered email ID and password in order to log in.
• Candidates must provide their personal information, including their gender, father's and mother's names, and a means of identification.
• Once all the information has been entered, select Save & Continue.
• Carefully complete the relevant fields.

Step 3: Upload Images

Upon completing the required fields with their basic information, candidates must provide a scanned copy of their ID and signature.

• Upload the necessary files, including the signature and photo.
• The uploaded files cannot be smaller than 100 KB.
• Enter the information and move on to the next page.

Once all the information has been entered and the scanned photographs have been uploaded, select Save & Continue to move forward with the procedure.

Step 4: Information about Education

As of right now, applicants must fill out the Educational Information. Candidates must enter their educational details in this phase, including the name of their board, school, passing status, and year of graduation for both X and XII. Upon completing the required fields, candidates must select the Save & Continue button. Candidates will be requested to review and confirm the data before submission after completing the educational information. In order to move further, candidates must select the Yes, I confirm my data to be a correct button in this step.

Step 5: Examine the Application

Candidates are required to preview their application. They must verify that each detail is correct. 

Step 6: Payment of Fees

Applicants must use the provided registration number and password to log in or sign up. Upon logging in successfully, applicants must deposit the application form fee. The online payment method will be used to submit the charge.

Online Payment: Candidates must click the Online Payment box if they deposit the application fee online. Candidates can pay the BCECE application fee through the following- net banking, debit card, or credit card. 

Step 7: Download Application

Candidates can download Part A and Part B of the application forms for later use after completing all the processes. Additionally, address slips can be printed by candidates. The print copy of an application should be saved by candidates for further use.

Candidates can access their BCECE Admit Card 2025 online from the BCECE official website by entering their admission credentials. Given below are the steps to download the BCECE admit card:

• Visit the BCECE official website.
• Click on the BCECE admit card link.
• Candidates will be redirected to the BCECE admit card page.
• Enter the registered email address and password.
• Click on the sign-in option.
• The BCECE admit card will be displayed.
• Then select the print option.
• Save the admit card till the counselling process is over.
