Bihar UGEAC 2025 registration: BCECEB will start the Bihar UGEAC counselling registration in May 2025. Candidates who wish to participate in Bihar UGEAC counselling 2025 rounds must register for the counselling process. The authority conducts the Bihar UGEAC 2025 registration process for admission based on JEE Main 2025. All the eligible candidates have to fill out the Bihar UGEAC 2025 application form with JEE Main 2025 application number and date of birth on the official website. The Bihar UGEAC 2025 application form includes registration with JEE Main 2025 details, filling in personal information, uploading photographs and signatures, entering educational information, entering communication details, payment of fees and printing the confirmation page.
Candidates have to complete the Bihar UGEAC 2025 registration before the deadline to appear in the Under Graduate Engineering Admission Counselling (UGEAC) 2025 for admission to the first year of BE/BTech courses offered by the Govt. Eligibility to Apply for Bihar UGEAC Counselling 2025
To be eligible for UGEAC counselling, candidates must meet the following criteria:
Educational Eligibility:
- Passed 10+2 examination with specified subjects and obtained at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category) in the relevant subjects.
- Alternatively, candidates can have a minimum 3-year diploma with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved category), subject to vacancies in the first year.
Age Limit:
- There is no age limit for applicants.
Nationality:
- Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
- Those candidates are eligible whose parents are:
- permanent residents of the state of Bihar, or
- from other states but are employed under the government of Bihar, or
- residing in the state for a set duration of time as per the norms, or
- are employed in PSUs located in the state of Bihar.

Prerequisites for Bihar UGEAC 2025 Registration
Keep the following items in your hand before applying for UGEAC 2025:
- Candidates should have their own valid email ID / Mobile number
- Scanned / Soft copy passport size photograph (Less than 100KB)
- Scanned / Soft copy of Hindi & English signature (Less than 100KB)
- Aadhar Card (if available)

How to Fill Bihar UGEAC 2025 Application Form?
The detailed procedure for Bihar UGEAC 2025 is given below:
Registration: First candidates need to register themselves for Bihar UGEAC on the official website. To register online for UGEAC 2025, candidates must appear in JEE Main 2025. They have to enter their JEE Main 2025 application number and date of birth along with basic details like mobile number, email ID and password for future login. After entering all the details, candidates will receive an activation code for verification. After verification, registration will be completed.
Personal Information: After successful registration, candidates must enter their personal information and 'Sign in' to their account details and provide other required information regarding personal details and click on the Save & Continue button.
Upload Photograph and Signature: After entering the personal information, candidates have to upload scanned images of their passport size photograph and signature with the required specifications.
Educational Information: After uploading the scanned photograph and signature, candidates have to enter their class 10 and 12 standard details in the space provided.
Preview your application: After providing the educational information, candidates will be asked to preview the details entered in the application form and if any changes are required candidates can modify/edit the same details.
Payment of Counselling Fee: After previewing all the above information and submitting the details, candidates have to pay the counselling fee through credit/debit/net banking or by bank challan. For payment through Bank Challan, candidates have to download e-challan and make the payment in the banks within the given timeline.
Printing the Confirmation Page: After making the payment, candidates have to download and take a printout of the confirmation from the official website. Candidates are advised to make copies of the page as it will be required at different stages of admission.
Bihar UGEAC 2025 Application Form Correction
The candidates who submit the UGEAC application form and later realise that they have made mistakes in the application form can edit the details when the application form correction window opens. BCECEB opens the Bihar UGEAC 2025 application form correction window as a one-time opportunity for the registered candidates to make changes in the form, if any. Note that it is a one-time opportunity, Once the form correction window closes, candidates cannot edit any details in the Bihar UGEAC form.

How many rounds are there in Bihar UGEAC?
There are usually 2 rounds in UGEAC counselling. Candidates whose names appear in the merit list have to complete the choice-filling process as per the schedule. Based on the choices filled by the candidates and their rank in the UGEAC merit list, seats are allotted. There are 2 rounds of choice filling and seat allotment.
When will the Bihar UGEAC counselling start?
Bihar UGEAC 2025 counselling choice filling will start in July 2025, owever, the registrations will start in May 2025. Candidates can fill the online applications if they have appeard in Joint Entrance Examination [JEE (MAIN)]-2025, conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) and got valid NTA score. I am not from Bihar, can I apply for the Bihar UGEAC counselling?
All Indian nationals are eligible to apply for Bihar UGEAC, provided that their parents meet one of the following criteria: they are permanent residents of the state of Bihar, or they are employed under the government of Bihar even if they are from other states, or they have resided in the state for a specific duration as per the prescribed norms, or they are employed in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) located within Bihar. These conditions ensure that candidates from various backgrounds and circumstances have the opportunity to apply for the Bihar UGEAC admission process.
