Entrance exam for admission to IIFT-MBA (IB) 2025 will be conducted as per the regulations of IIFT. Candidates can apply for IIFT MBA (IB) through “Online” mode only. It is only done through the NTA official website.
Instructions for filling online application form
Step 1: visit the official website of IIFT NTA.
- Click as a new user to register for IIFT.
- Click on NTA.IIFT 2025 exam registration ‘Fill Online Application form’
- Check the instruction sheet, read it and click on ‘Proceed.
Step 2: apply for online registration using candidates email ID and mobile number.
Step 3: complete online application form and note down the system generated application no. upload scanned images of candidate’s photograph, signature and category/ sub category certificate or PwD certificate if applicable in PDF.
Step 4: make payment of fee through ICICI Payment Gateway (Debit/ Credit Card or Net Banking/ UPI) and keep proof of fee paid.

Note
- Download, save and print copies of the confirmation page after successful remittance of fee and keep copies safely for future reference.
- For submission of an online application form, step 1 to 3 must be completed.
- Candidates will get application number and one time password (OTP) message through e-mail and SMS for submission of online application form.
Document to be submitted along with application form (For NRIs and Foreign Nationals only)
- Filled in CV form
- Copy of latest GMAT score certificate
- Attested copy of all academic mark-sheets/certificates (Class X, XII & Graduation).
- Copy of all passport pages having official entries.
- Two letters of recommendation, preferably, one of these should be written by a current supervisor or manager.
- The Indian nationals who are living, working, studying abroad should produce with applications a certificate from the Indian Embassy/ High Commission/ Consulate of the country where the candidate is currently based.
