The JAC Delhi 2025 counselling procedure begins with online registration on the official portal. Candidates are required to authenticate themselves via their JEE Main 2025 application number, name, and date of birth as recorded in the JEE Main. Following successful authentication, candidates are required to give their email ID and mobile number for verification. A verification code is sent to the registered mobile number. Applicants are required to set a password, which will be used for subsequent logins.
After verification, applicants need to complete the application form with academic and personal information. Subsequently, they must upload the required scanned documents in their prescribed size and format. Lastly, candidates are required to pay the application fee online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. Check out the steps below for the JAC Delhi 2025 counselling registration process.
The JAC Delhi 2025 counselling procedure is divided into four rounds. The candidates have to register online, enter their preferences, and complete the admission process. Depending on their JEE Main 2025 ranks and eligibility, they are assigned seats in the participating institutes. After the seat allotment result is announced, candidates have to accept their seats by paying the acceptance fee.
If a candidate is content with the seat given to them, they can lock it to prevent upgradation. Then they have to go to the reporting center for document verification. Once verified successfully, the candidates have to report to the allotted institution for the final admission procedure.
Step 1: Candidates must register online on the JAC Delhi website.
Step 2: Fill in preferred courses and colleges based on eligibility.
Step 3: Seat allotment is done based on JEE Main 2025 rank and eligibility.
Step 4: Candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee to confirm their seat. If satisfied, candidates can freeze their seat to avoid upgrading.
Step 5: Candidates must visit the reporting centre for document verification.
Step 6: After verification, candidates must report to their allotted institute for final admission.
After registering, candidates are required to enter their preferred college and course choices through the online portal. According to their eligibility, the available seat choices are shown on the screen. Candidates are advised to choose more than one choice in order to improve their chances of admission. Once they enter their choices, candidates can change their choices by up or down scrolling. Once happy with the choices, candidates are advised to lock their choices prior to the deadline. It is advisable to complete as many choices as possible for improved allotment opportunities.
Step 1: Log in to the Portal by using the JEE Main 2025 application number and password to log in.
Step 2: Available seats will be displayed based on eligibility. Candidates must select preferred courses and institutes.
Step 3: Candidates can rearrange choices by moving them up or down.
Step 4: Once satisfied, candidates must lock their choices before the deadline.
Step 5: Take a printout of the final choice list for reference.
JAC Delhi 2025 seat allotment depends on JEE Main 2025 rank, category, and available seats in the participating institutes. A provisional seat allotment letter is given to candidates after every counselling round. The letter includes information such as allotted institute, branch, category, and subcategory. Candidates need to download the allotment letter from the official website. Candidates must pay the seat acceptance fee to secure the allotted seat within the specified time. Otherwise, the seat is cancelled. Post payment of the fee, the candidates have to report for verification of documents, following which the admission status gets updated.
Candidates with their seat allotment letter and paid seat allotment fee must report to their reporting centre with required documents for verification. Check out the list of documents below for JAC Delhi 2025 verification upon reporting-
