JEECUP Application Form 2025 (Out): Steps to Fill Form, Documents Required, Fees

The JEEC Uttar Pradesh has commenced the JEECUP 2025 registration process on January 15, 2025. The JEECUP 2025 application form link is available on the official website, jeecup.admissions.nic.in. Candidates who wish to appear for the UP Polytechnic entrance exam must fill out the JEECUP application form. The last date to submit the JEECUP 2025 registration is April 30, 2025. Applicants who have passed class 10 from a recognized board are eligible to register for JEECUP 2025. The UP Polytechnic 2025 exam will be conducted from May 20 to 28, 2025.

While filling the JEECUP application form, candidates need to upload the document. Candidates must keep the scanned copy of the required documents handy before filling the application form. Below is the list of documents required to upload while filling out the JEECUP 2025 application form.

Step 1 - JEECUP Registration

Candidates must begin by registering themselves and providing personal and contact details. Below are the details required in the registration process:

• Candidate's Name
• Parent’s Name
• Identity Type (e.g., Passport, Bank Account, Ration Card, Student ID, or any valid Government ID)
• Identity Number
• Date of Birth
• Gender

• Locality
• City/Town/Village
• Pin Code
• Email ID
• State
• Mobile Number

After entering these details, candidates must set a password, answer a security question, and enter the security pin displayed on the screen.

Once submitted, a unique application number will be generated, which must be noted down for future logins.

Step 2 - Filling the JEECUP Application Form & Selecting Exam Centre

After registration, candidates need to log in using their application number and password. The next steps include:

• Entering details related to domicile, category, sub-category, and qualifying exam.
• Selecting their preferred exam centre from the given options.

Step 3 - Uploading Scanned Documents

Candidates must upload scanned copies of required documents, including a photograph, signature, and left-hand thumb impression.

Step 4 - Payment of Application Fee

The final step of the JEECUP application process is paying the application fee.

Modes of Payment

Candidates can pay via:

• Online Mode (Debit Card / Credit Card / Net Banking)
• Offline Mode (e-Challan)

If payment is successful, an acknowledgement page will be generated. If the page is not generated, the payment may have been cancelled, and the amount will be refunded.

Steps to Pay via e-Challan

• Download the e-challan while filling out the application form.
• The e-challan will contain candidate details and the amount to be paid.
• Take a printout of the e-challan and visit a nearby State Bank of India (SBI) or ICICI Bank branch.
• Pay the fee in cash.
• Once the payment is confirmed by the bank/JEECUP, the acknowledgement page will be generated.

After successful payment, candidates must download and print the confirmation page for future reference.

How to Check the Status of JEECUP Application Form 2025?

After submitting the UP Polytechnic form 2025, candidates can check the status of their applications on the official website. The exam authorities will also send emails/messages about the status of submitted applications. Candidates are advised to submit all the correct information and upload all the required documents in a format as prescribed by the authorities before the last date. This will give surety to a candidate that the application is not rejected.

JEEC, Uttar Pradesh will activate the JEECUP form correction link on May 1, 2025 on the official website, jeecup.nic.in. The registered candidates can modify the filled details in the JEECUP application form.
