LPUNEST 2025 MBA Eligibility Criteria

Academic Criteria: For MBA admission candidates must complete their bachelor's degree from any recognised institution.
Passing Marks Criteria: Candidates must have passed class 12 or equivalent with at least a 55% score and subject to qualifying any of LPUNEST/CAT/XAT/MAT/NMAT etc.
Citizenship: Candidates must be Indian citizens.
Age limit: There is no upper or lower age limit for admission to the MBA course at LPU.
MBA Business Analytics
Candidates willing to be admitted to MBA analytics must have:

Candidates who have completed CA, CS or CMA from ICAI are also eligible to apply for LPUNEST for the MBA Business Analytics course.
LPUNEST 2025 M.Tech Eligibility Criteria
For admission to M.Tech courses candidates must meet certain criteria. Check this out:
- Candidates must have a B.Tech degree (CSE, IT, ECE or EEE) and should have completed B.Tech with a minimum 55% Score. Similarly, candidates who have completed their MCA or M.Sc in Computer Science and Information Technology are also eligible for M.Tech admission through LPUNEST 2025.
LPUNEST 2025 PhD. Eligibility Criteria
Bio Informatics
- Applicants who have completed a 1-year or 2-semester post-graduation programme in MS or M.Sc (Biochemistry, Industrial Microbiology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Molecular Biology ) and have obtained a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grades after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree are also eligible.
- Candidates who have passed a 4-year or 8-semester graduation degree in a relevant field with 75% aggregate marks and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in teaching/research/Industry are also eligible subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
Chemical Engineering
- Applicants who have completed a 1-year or 2-semester post-graduation programme in M.Tech, M.E or MS and have obtained a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grades after a 4-year/8-semester bachelor’s degree are also eligible.
- Candidates who have passed a 4-year or 8-semester graduation degree in a relevant field with 75% aggregate marks and have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in teaching/research/Industry are also eligible subject to qualifying LPUNEST.
LPUNEST 2025 Aggregate Relaxation
The exam authority has not set any category-wise reservation criteria but candidates belonging to certain regions can get relaxation in passing marks percentage. Here’s the details:
- Candidates belonging to Nort-East states and Sikkim will get a 5% relaxation in the qualifying exam. Similarly, this 5% aggregate relaxation is also applicable to defence personnel and their wards. It is also applicable to the Wards of Kashmiri Migrants.
