Management Aptitude Test, or MAT, is a national-level entrance exam administered by the All India Management Association (AIMA) for admission to MBA/PGDM programs at India's 800+ business schools. MAT is conducted in four phases: February, May, September, and December. MAT Eligibility Criteria 2025

Aspirants who want to take the MAT test in 2025 must meet certain academic prerequisites set by the AIMA. The following are the eligibility criteria for the MAT exam 2025:

• Candidates must have graduated or earned an equivalent degree from a UGC-recognised university.
• A bachelor's degree can be in any field of study.
• Students in their last year of graduation who are awaiting their results are also eligible to register for the MAT 2025.

MAT Results 2025

MAT Cut-Off 2024

The MAT cut off is the minimum score required for selection to the group discussion and personal interview rounds at MBA colleges that accept exam scores for admission. Candidates who fulfil the MAT cutoff are chosen for the admission phase. MAT cutoffs are typically lower than those for other MBA entry tests such as CAT, XAT, and CMAT.
