The MAT 2025 score and percentile will be based on marks secured by the candidates in Mathematical Skills, Language Comprehension, Data Analysis & Sufficiency, and Intelligence & Critical Reasoning. It offers interfaces for candidate registration, document verification, payment verification, and seat allotment, which is carried out strictly according to merit. The system also facilitates the generation of necessary reports while adhering to all policy guidelines set by client organizations.

The system provides real-time updates on available seat status. Additionally, it allows for online payment receipts and enables communication with candidates via email and SMS.

The complete counselling process consists of the following below-mentioned steps

• Online registration
• Upload the documents and online receipt of fees through online payment gateway integration
• Attendance
• Document verification
• payment verification
• Update of payment
• Interaction with candidates in their order of rank through digital meeting platforms, i.e., virtual meeting
• Generate seat allotment requests for the candidates eligible for counselling in their order of ordinary merit rank.
• Approval of seat allotment request by an authorized official.
