NCHMCT JEE Eligibility Criteria, 2025

Before filling out the NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application form, aspirants should verify the eligibility conditions listed below:

• Applicants must have passed any comparable exam, including the Senior Secondary Examination (SSE) 10+2.
• Applicants must have passed the qualifying test while studying English (core, optional, or functional).
• Candidates who are taking the 10+2 or an equivalent test may also take the NCHM JEE 2025 provisionally.
• If proof of passing the qualifying exam (10+2 or equivalent) is not presented at the time of admission or counselling, provisional admission will be cancelled.
• If officials determine that a candidate's documentation is invalid, they have the right to prohibit their entry at any time.

Age Limit: There is an upper age limit for candidates. The age limit is defined category-wise; see below:

• The upper age limit for the General, General (EWS), and OBC categories is 25 years as of July 1, 2025, which means that candidates born on or after July 1, 1999, are eligible.
• SC, ST, and physically challenged applicants - 25 years as of July 01, 2025, that is, candidates born on or after July 01, 1997, are eligible.

NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application Fee:

To fill up and submit the application form, candidates must pay the application cost. The NCHMCT JEE 2025 application procedure will be completed only after the cost has been paid. After successfully submitting the fee, an acknowledgement form is generated, showing that the online form was submitted.

How to Fill out the NCHMCT JEE 2025 Application Form?

Step 1: Online Registration

Candidates can register online for the hospitality entrance exam, as follows:

• Candidate's, Mother's, and Father's Names: Provide the candidate's name, mother's name, and father's name as they appear on the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/University Certificate in capital letters. The candidate's name may not contain any prefixes.
• Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY) Provide the candidate's date of birth as reported on the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/University Certificate.
• Candidates must supply their own mobile number and email address.
• After registering, take note of the application number generated by the system.

Step 2: Fill out the online application form

• Fill out category details.
• Fill out the address with the PIN code (both correspondence and permanent addresses).
• Provide a selection of cities for examination centres.

Step 3: Upload readable scanned images

• Candidates must upload the following scanned photos. Read the specifications and scan the photographs as specified before uploading them.
• A recent snapshot (in jpg/jpeg file, size 10Kb - 200Kb) in colour or black & white with 80% of the face (without mask) visible, including ears on a white background
• candidate's signature (file size: 4kb - 30kb
• PwD Certificate, if appropriate (file size 50-300 kb)

Step 4: Pay the fee using the Payment Gateway

• The payment gateway is linked into the Online Application and accepts Net Banking, Debit, Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, and Paytm.
• Select any mode and pay the price.
• Keep proof of payment safe with you.

Step (5): Print the acknowledgement form

• After successfully completing Step 4, the Application Form's Confirmation Page should be downloaded.
• Take a printout of this for future reference.
• The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form could only be generated once the Candidate made a successful payment.

• Check email and SMS: Look for NTA confirmation messages indicating successful submission.
• Access repair Window: If any errors are discovered, use the repair window from February 17 to 20, 2025, to make the appropriate corrections.
• Download Admit Card: Admit cards will be available for download on the official NTA website from April 10, 2025. To obtain the admission card, candidates must first log in using their registration number and password.

The National Council For Hotel Management and Catering Technology will distribute the NCHMCT JEE Admit Card 2025 at least 15 days before the exam date. The National Testing Agency (NTA) plans to conduct the NCHMCT JEE Exam in the second week of May.
