The application fee can only be paid online through net banking, debit cards, or UPI. After payment, candidates should keep the payslip for future reference.

NCHM MSc JEE 2025 Application Modes

The National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) will accept applications for NCHM MSc JEE 2025 only in online mode. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can submit their applications online and must ensure that the form is sent to the exam authority before the deadline.

NCHM MSc JEE 2025 Application Process

Step-1: Online Registration
Candidates can register online for the hospitality entrance exam as follows:

• Candidate’s Name/ Mother’s Name/ Father’s Name: Enter the candidate’s name, mother’s name, and father’s name as per the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/ University Certificate in capital letters. No prefixes are allowed.
• Date of Birth: Enter the candidate’s date of birth (dd/ mm/ yyyy) as recorded in the Secondary School Examination or equivalent Board/University Certificate.
• Mobile Number and Email Address: Candidates must provide their own mobile number and email address.
• After registration, note the system-generated application number.

Step-2: Complete the Online Application Form

• Fill in category details.
• Provide address details with PIN Code (both Correspondence and Permanent Address).
• Select preferred cities for examination centers.

Step-3: Upload Legible Scanned Images
Candidates must upload the following scanned images as per the specified requirements:

• Recent Photograph: In jpg/jpeg format, size between 10Kb–200Kb, either in color or black & white, with 80% face (without mask) visible, including ears, against a white background.
• Candidate’s Signature: File size between 4Kb–30Kb.
• PwD Certificate (if applicable): File size between 50 Kb–300 Kb.

Step-4: Pay the Fee Using the Payment Gateway

• The payment gateway is integrated into the online application. Candidates can pay via Net Banking, Debit/Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Paytm.
• Select a payment mode and complete the transaction.
• Keep proof of payment safe for future reference.

Step-5: Print the Acknowledgement Form

• After successfully completing Step-4, download the Confirmation Page of the Application Form.
• Take a printout of the Confirmation Page for future reference.
• Note that the Confirmation Page can only be generated after successful payment.

After submitting the application for the NCHM MSc JEE 2025, candidates should follow these steps to ensure their application is complete and to stay updated:

NCHM MSc JEE 2025 Application Correction 

NTA will enable the application correction facility for NCHMCT JEE before issuing admit card to candidates. The facility is enabled so that candidates can edit their details if incorrect before the last date. The details that can be corrected through the correction window are:

The candidates can download the NCHM MSc JEE 2025 admit card as per the steps below:

3. Enter login details (application number and date of birth).
4. In the student dashboard, click the "Download Admit Card" link.
