NEST 2025 Application Process: The application process for NEST 2025 has started. The last date to apply for the exam is May 9, 2025. Once the registration window closes, the correction window will open from March 10, 2025. The correction window will remain open for four days. Candidates can make the necessary changes till May 14, 2025. 

NEST 2025 Admit Card is to be released on June 2, 2025. The first round of the NEST CEBS 2025 Counselling Process is likely to start in the first week of August 2025, pending confirmation. The shortlisted candidates need to join their respective campuses immediately to confirm their seats; otherwise, they will lose their seats. NEST 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates appearing for Class 12 or equivalent exam from a recognized board in 2023 or 2024 are eligible for NEST 2025. No age bar is applicable for the exam. Applicants are required to have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics and should have an aggregate of at least 60% marks. For SC/ST/PwD, it should be at least 55%. NEST 2025 Application Dates

The NEST 2025 application process is extended until April 2025. Key dates include the tentative form correction window in June, followed by the release of admit cards the same month. The NEST 2025 exam is also tentatively scheduled to take place in June 2025, allowing candidates sufficient time to prepare and make necessary updates.

NEST 2025 Application Fees

The application fee for NEST 2025 varies by category. General/OBC male candidates need to pay ₹1,400, while SC/ST/PwD male candidates, all female candidates, and Divyangjan (specially-abled) are required to pay ₹700. Check out the table below for NEST 2025 application fees. 

NEST 2025 Application Modes

The National Entrance Screening Test, or NEST 2025, application process is only available online. The candidates must visit the official website of NEST to apply for the same. The application process includes registration with a valid email ID and mobile number, filling in personal and academic details, uploading the required documents, and paying the application fee through online payment methods like net banking, debit card, or credit card. It should be added that the submission of the application form or the fee is not accepted offline. 

NEST 2025 Application Process

The NEST 2025 application process for the academic session 2025-26 will tentatively begin from the third week of March 2025. Candidates who intend to appear in the NISER and UM-DAE CEBS, the two exam conducting authorities of the NEST, will open the correction window for candidates who want to make corrections to their already filled Application forms.

Candidates must check the eligibility criteria before appearing for the NEST Exam. After candidates are confirmed that they are eligible to appear for the exam, they must keep themselves updated with the important NEST dates so that they can plan out their preparation time accordingly. Earlier, the exam conducting authorities released the NEST 2025 application form online on the official website. The NEST exam notification was published by NISER and UM-DAE CEBS in online mode last year on March 10, 2025.

Step 1: Visit the official website of NEST 2025: Candidates would have to visit the official website of the NEST exam admissions 2025. The whole application procedure for NEST 2025 will be conducted online only. Here, candidates need to click on the 'Online Application' button and create their login credentials. 

Important Points to remember when filling up the NEST 2025 Application Form

Following are some of the important points that aspirants need to keep in mind when filling NEST 2025 application form:

1. Do not use the tab key to move between fields for entry of data. Use a mouse instead.
2. Fields marked with the sign * are mandatory.
3. After the details have been filled then click on the 'Register' button to proceed.
4. After successful completion of the registration process, aspirants will receive their User ID and Password on their registered mobile number and email ID.

Step 2: Register for NEST 2025: Candidates are required to register themselves first on the official website of the exam. The NEST 2025 registration is done by the below-mentioned details:

• Full name
• Gender
• Date of birth
• Mobile number
• Class 10 Roll Number/ Registration Number

After filling in all the details, the applicant has to click on the 'Register' button. Subsequently, an email and SMS would be sent to the candidate's registered email ID and mobile number, respectively. The SMS would carry details such as the login ID and password for the NEST application form.

Step 3: Fill Details in NEST Online Form: After getting registered for NEST, a candidate will get a verification link via his registered email ID. Following this, on clicking the same verification link, he will be again redirected to the website of the NEST exam through which he is required to log in using the same credentials as shared in the email received from the authorities. After that candidates will have to fill in all the following mentioned details in their NEST 2025 application form:

• Nationality
• Category
• Permanent and present address
• Name of parents
• NEST exam centre (up to five cities on a preference basis)
• Educational Qualification
• Percentage/ Aggregate marks obtained in qualifying exam

Step 4: Upload important documents: Applicants then need to upload the required documents with their NEST 2025 online form. Documents that will be uploaded with the application form include:

• Class 10 mark sheet/ report card/ certificate
• Class 12 mark sheet/ report card/ certificate
• A digital copy of the photograph
• Scanned signature

Step 6: Take the print of the NEST 2025 Registration Form: Once the process will be done and the fee will be successfully paid, then the candidates are required to check all the information and submit their application form.
