SITEEE 2025 Application Form (Extended till April 16): Registration, How to Apply, Fees

Symbiosis International (Deemed University) has extended the SITEEE 2025 application form deadline to today, April 16. Candidates are required to complete the SITEEE 2025 application process before the deadline. The university released the SITEEE 2025 application form on December 6, 2024, on the official website - set-test.org.

The application fee for SITEEE 2025 is INR 2,250 per test. Additionally, a programme registration fee of INR 1,000 per programme is required. Payment can be made online via net banking, credit card, or debit card. Alternatively, payment can be made through a Demand Draft (DD) in favour of Symbiosis Institute of Technology, payable at Pune, or cash at the Symbiosis University campus or regional offices. All candidates are advised to check the official eligibility criteria before registering for SITEEE 2025.

SITEEE Registration Dates 2025

SITEEE 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the eligibility criteria to apply for SITEEE 2025. The admission authority will not consider applications from ineligible candidates. SITEEE eligibility criteria are listed below:

• Nationality: Candidates must be Indian citizens, Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs), or Foreign Nationals. 
• Age Limit: There is no upper age limit to apply for SITEEE. However, candidates must be at least 17 years old at the time of admission.
• Educational Qualification: Applicants should have passed the 10+2 (Class XII) or equivalent examination from a recognized board. Physics and Mathematics are compulsory subjects. In addition, candidates must have studied one of the following: Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational subjects, Computer Science, Informatics Practices, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies.
• Minimum Marks: General category candidates must have secured a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in the specified subjects, while candidates from Scheduled Caste (SC) or Scheduled Tribe (ST) categories must have obtained at least 40%.
• International Students: International students (NRI/PIO/Foreign Nationals) must also have completed 10+2 with Physics and Mathematics along with one of the specified subjects. Their eligibility will be determined as per the norms of the Symbiosis Centre for International Education (SCIE).
• IB/Cambridge Board Students: Candidates from the International Baccalaureate (IB) board must hold either an IB Diploma or Certificate with Physics, Mathematics, and Chemistry at Higher Level (HL), and must have scored at least 24 credits. Completion of the CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service), Theory of Knowledge (TOK), and Extended Essay (EE) components is also mandatory.

How to Fill the SITEEE 2025 Application Form?

SITEEE 2025 registration process initially began on December 6, 2024. The original last date for registration and payment was set earlier but was later extended to April 16, 2025, as per the official announcement.

Candidates who missed this deadline can no longer apply for the exam. For those who completed the application process before the deadline, the next steps include downloading the SITEEE 2025 Admit Card and preparing for the exam scheduled on May 5 and May 11, 2025.

• Step 1: Visit the Official Website: Go to www.set-test.org.
• Step 2: Register Online: Click on the registration link and provide email ID, phone number, and other required details to create a SET ID and password.
• Step 3: Fill out the Application Form: Log in using the SET ID and password. Complete the application form by entering personal, educational, and communication details.
• Step 4: Upload Documents: Upload a recent passport-size colour photo and signature in .jpg, .jpeg, or .png format, each not exceeding 500 KB. 
• Step 5: Select Preferences: Choose the preferred test date (Test 1 on May 5, 2025, or Test 2 on May 11, 2025), engineering branch, and institute.
• Step 6: Pay the Application Fees: The application fee is INR 2,250 per test. Additionally, a programme registration fee of INR 1,000 per programme is required. Payment can be made online through the provided payment gateways or via a Demand Draft in favour of "Symbiosis Test Secretariat" payable at Pune.
• Step 7: Review and Submit: Carefully review all the information provided. Once confirmed, submit the application. No changes will be allowed after submission.
