Anna University conducted the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET 2025) for admission into various MBA and MCA courses offered by various colleges in Tamil Nadu. More than 200 colleges accept TANCET scores for admission in PG programs. This exam is conducted only in offline mode, once in a year. Candidates appearing for the final semester/year of examination of the said qualifying degree course during Academic year 2024-2025 may also apply for TANCET/CEETA-PG 2025.

Anna University hosts the TANCET application form online on the official website. This exam is conducted only in offline mode, once in a year. Candidates appearing for the final semester/year of examination of the said qualifying degree course during Academic year 2023-2024 may also apply for TANCET/CEETA-PG 2025. Other state candidates can also appear for the entrance test, but the eligibility criteria conditions will be stipulated by the admitting authority/ University.
Step 1: Candidates must register online via the official website of the University by using some basic information including, name, date of birth, email ID and password.
Step 2: Candidates have to login to the website using email ID and password. They have to provide details such as the TANCET test, personal information, address and academic background.
Step 3: candidates will have to upload their photograph and signature in proper format and required documents.
Step 4: after filling the application form, pay the application fee via online and offline mode.

Candidates should have downloaded the hall ticket from the official website of the University, it will be issued in February 2025. To download the admit card, candidates should have to enter their registered email ID and password that was generated during the registration process. Candidates have to carry a print copy of the hall ticket along with two passport-size recent color photographs at the exam centre on the day of the exam.

TANCET will declare its entrance examination result after the TANCET 2025 examination. Candidates who have appeared in the Entrance Examination can check their result on the official website of the Institute. The results can be downloaded from the official website by using the login credentials. Scorecard should be downloaded from the website by the candidates within 10 days from the date of publication of results of the entrance test.
The Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai Publishes the TANCET cut off 2025 for MBA and MCA courses offered by participating colleges. Institute calls selected students for counselling based on their cut off scores, assigning ranks and determining final admission. The examination authority will conduct the counselling for the qualified candidates. The counselling process comprises registration, document verification, publication of the rank list, choice filling and seat allotment.

The TANCET 2025 Counselling process will be conducted in the month of April/ May 2025. Those candidates who qualify entrance examination by scoring minimum cut off marks will be shortlisted for participating in counselling rounds. Candidates will be informed about the counselling through the counselling letter which will be released via Online mode. There are many rounds of counselling organised on the basis of vacancy of seats after every round.
