More than 200 colleges accept TANCET scores for admission in PG programs. This exam is conducted only in offline mode, once in a year. TANCET 2025: Application process
Anna University hosts the TANCET application form online on the official website. This exam is conducted only in offline mode, once in a year. Candidates appearing for the final semester/year of examination of the said qualifying degree course during Academic year 2023-2024 may also apply for TANCET/CEETA-PG 2025. Other state candidates can also appear for the entrance test, but the eligibility criteria conditions will be stipulated by the admitting authority/ University.
How to apply?
Step 1: Candidates must register online via the official website of the University by using some basic information including, name, date of birth, email ID and password.
Step 2: Candidates have to login to the website using email ID and password. They have to provide details such as the TANCET test, personal information, address and academic background.
Step 3: candidates will have to upload their photograph and signature in proper format and required documents.
Step 4: after filling the application form, pay the application fee via online and offline mode.

TANCET 2025: Eligibility
Candidates who wish to apply for TANCET 2025 must check the eligibility criteria laid by the University authorities. Eligibility criteria included qualifying examination and marks.
- Candidates must have a bachelor’s level degree or equivalent from a recognised institute with a minimum aggregate of 50% (45% for reserved categories).
- Candidates who have appeared for the final year exams of their bachelor’s degree are also eligible for the TANCET 2025 exam. However, such candidates must ensure they meet the academic eligibility requirements during the admission.

TANCET 2025: Admit Card
Candidates should have downloaded the hall ticket from the official website of the University, it will be issued in February 2025. To download the admit card, candidates should have to enter their registered email ID and password that was generated during the registration process. Candidates have to carry a print copy of the hall ticket along with two passport-size recent color photographs at the exam centre on the day of the exam.

TANCET will declare its entrance examination result after the TANCET 2025 examination. The Directorate of Technical Education, Chennai Publishes the TANCET cut off 2025 for MBA and MCA courses offered by participating colleges. Institute calls selected students for counselling based on their cut off scores, assigning ranks and determining final admission. The examination authority will conduct the counselling for the qualified candidates. The counselling process comprises registration, document verification, publication of the rank list, choice filling and seat allotment.
Cutoff factors
The TANCET authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance examination and admission process. There are some factors that will be checked by the authorities while preparing TANCET cutoff, that are:
