The candidate should be at least 17 years old as on December 31 of the year in which he or she seeks admission. For candidates belonging to general categories, the upper age limit is 22 years. Candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories should not exceed 25 years.

TS EAMCET 2025 Nationality:

  • Candidates should belong to the state of Telangana/ Andhra Pradesh and satisfy local/ non-local status requirements as per the Telangana/Andhra Pradesh Education Institutions (Regulations of Admission) order, 1974, as amended.

TS EAMCET 2025 Age Limit:

  • Students must be 17 years of age as of December 31 of the year of admission.
  • The upper age limit is 22 years for general candidates and 25 years for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates as of December 31 of the year of admission.

TS EAMCET 2025 Educational Qualification:

For Engineering and 50% seats in B.Pharmacy, BTech (Food Science and Technology (FST)) / B.Sc (Commercial Agri & Business Management (CA & BM)) courses:

  • Candidates should have passed the 12th standard with at least 45% marks (40% for reserved categories) or equivalent, with Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/Biology as optional or related vocational courses in Engineering and Technology fields.
  • Alternatively, candidates should have passed the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training.

For B.Sc. (Ag.) / B.Sc. (Hort.) / B.V.Sc. & A.H. / B.F.Sc. and the remaining 50% seats in B.Tech (FST) / B.Sc. (CA & BM) courses:

  • Candidates should have passed the 12th or any equivalent examination recognized by the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana/Andhra Pradesh, with any two/three of the subjects mentioned below:

TS EAMCET 2025 Eligibility Criteria Overview
