The TUEE 2025 exam is conducted online on computer based test (CBT) for all programs in examination centres at different cities of India and other countries.

The examination pattern includes the duration of the exam, total number of questions, total marks, and marking scheme etc.

The detailed information of the TUEE exam are mentioned below in the table

Duration: the exam is conducted for 2 hours.

Total number of questions: The question paper will contain 50 questions.

Question type: The questions are in multiple choice questions.

Total marks: The paper consists of 100 marks.

Marking Scheme:

  1. For each correct answer the candidates will be awarded 2 marks.
  2. For incorrect answers the 0.5 marks will be deducted.

Examination pattern for M.Tech

  1. The question paper consists of three sections A,B and C.
  2. Section A consists of 40 multiple choice questions of 1 marks each, section B consists of 15 short questions of
  3. 2 marks each and Section C consists of conventional questions on Programming in C of total 30 marks.
  4. The topics covered in the test are - Programming in C, Computer Organization , Data Structure (in C) ,
  5. DBMS, Digital Logic, System Software, Operating System and Theory of Computation.
  6. Answers to the questions should appear in the space provided and nowhere else.
  7. There will be no negative marks but no partial credit will be given for questions in section A.
M.Tech
  • The question paper consist of three sections A,B and C
  • Section A consist 40 multiple choice questions
  • Section B consist 15 short questions
  • Section C consist of 30 marks
P.G. DIPLOMA in TOURISM MANAGEMENT
  • Test in Gk- 40 marks
  • Test of reasoning- 30 marks
  • Test of english- 30 marks
MA in mass communication & journalism
  • There are no sections.
  • 50 multiple choice questions.
MA in English
  • There are 10 questions in all.
M.Tech in Energy technology
  • General aptitude in energy- 50 marks
  • Mathematics- 20 marks
  • Physics- 15 marks
  • Chemistry- 15 marks
MA in cultural studies
  • There are total 8 questions
MSc in molecular biology and biotechnology
  • Part A- 80 marks
  • Part B- 20 marks
M.Tech in electronic design & technology
  • There has total 20 questions
MSc in applied chemistry
  • Total 13 questions
MSc in Physics
  • It has 2 part
  • Both marks consist 50 marks
MA/MSc in Mathematics
  • Section A consist 25 multiple choice questions
  • Section B will consist of 15/20 descriptive type questions
Master of Computer application
  • Section 1: 40 marks
  • Section 2: 30 marks
  • Section 3: 30 marks
M.Tech n Bioelectronics
  • It has 2 parts
  • Each part consist 50 marks
M.Tech in Computational seismology
  • It has 2 sections
  • Section A consist of 25 multiple choice questions
  • Section B consist 25 descriptive type questions
MA in sociology
  • 30 objective type questions on general knowledge
  • Two short essay type questions contain 10 marks
  • Two essay type question on sociological themes carrying 25 marks each
