- Admit cards will be generated on the notified date for the students to download and take a print. Candidates must carry a printout hard copy of the admit card to the examination centre.
- Candidates must ensure that the admit card is not mutilated/distorted/ soiled, even by accident. Candidates with such mutilated/distorted/ soiled admit cards may not be allowed to appear in the examination.
Allocation of examination centre
- The allocation of the examination centre will be based on the choice of zones given by the candidate. However, under unavoidable circumstances, candidates may be allocated to a zone out of his/her choice. The decision of the board in the allocation of the examination zone/ centre shall be final.
- A zone of an examination may be cancelled in the event of insufficient candidate enrollment or in the event of any unforeseen problem. The candidate will be assigned to an alternative examination zone in such a circumstance.
Candidates have to carry a print copy of the hall ticket along with two passport-size recent colour photographs at the exam centre on the day of the exam.
How to download? Hall Ticket: WBJEE 2025
Candidates can download the WBJEE hall ticket 2025 by following the steps are given below:
Step 1: visit the official website
- To download the admit card, candidates should have to visit the official website
Step 2: Log in to portal
- Candidates have to log in to the portal using the application number and password.
Step 3: download the admit card
- Click on the tab “WBJEE 2025 Admit Card”
- Admit cards will appear, check all the details.
- After checking all the details, download the admit card/ hall ticket.
Exam Day Guidelines
- Candidates must have to reach the allotted WBJEE 2025 exam centres at least 30 minutes before the starting time of the exam.
- Candidates must carry a printed copy of the WBJEE hall ticket 2025 and an original Aadhar card to the exam centres.
- Candidates will be prohibited from carrying any personal items inside the exam centres including mobile and cellular phones, paper, palm tops , bluetooth devices, or any electronic devices.
- Candidates will not be allowed to leave the exam hall before the end of the examination.
