The NEET 2025 application form was released by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on February 7, 2025. A few days after the release of the application form, the NEET 2025 registration and application process was halted as the website was under maintenance. Upon clicking on the registration link, the message displayed is, "This site is temporarily unavailable due to maintenance.” However, the website was restored in the evening hours. However, the portal and the application functionality were restored on the same day.
The last date to fill and submit the NEET 2025 application form is March 7, 2025, 11.50 PM. However, given the technical glitches and other factors, or student requests, the application deadline may be extended. The NEET 2025 exam date has also been announced officially, and it will be held on May 4, 2025, along with the release of the application form.
After the completion of the NEET 2025 registration and application process, NTA will provide the NEET 2025 application correction window from March 9 to March 11, 2025.
The exam authorities have also stated that it is mandatory to provide Aadhaar details during the NEET 2025 application process as this year onwards, Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) ID will be implemented for the NEET 2025 registration. The candidate's details and personal information can be verified and correctly recognised by the implementation of APAAR ID and Aadhar integration, ensuring transparency and efficiency. However, NTA has notified that it is not mandatory for NEET 2025 registration. “It is clarified that APAAR ID is not mandatory for NEET UG 2025 registrations. Aspirants can continue to register for the exam using other available means, details of which shall be available in the information bulletin soon,” NTA stated.
NTA has also asked candidates to update their Aadhaar Card details before the NEET 2025 application process begins to avoid any mismatch of information. Clarifying this NTA has stated, "Aspirants are advised to ensure that their Aadhaar details (especially their name and date of birth as per 10th passing certificate), including facial recognition data, are up to date for an optimal experience during registration process and verification processes. This can be done at the nearest Aadhaar Enrollment/Update Center."
To access and fill the NEET application form 2025, candidates will have to visit the official website of the exam to register and apply for NEET 2025 by entering the mandatory details, uploading documents and paying the application fee.
How to fill NEET Application Form 2025?
The NEET 2025 application form-filling process will be completely online. The process is divided into three to four steps, which are as follows:
- Filling up the NEET Registration 2025 form and generating the password
- Logging in with the NEET 2025 registration details such as username and password
- Filling the NEET form

Step 2: Filling up NEET Application Form 2025
- Click on “Click here to login”
- Login using the application number and password. As per the change, candidates can also login through their Academic Bank Credit Account Number (ABC ID) and Digilocker ID apart from the NEET 2025 Application Number and Password
- The NEET form 2025 will open on your screen
- Details entered during the registration process will be pre-filled in the application and cannot be changed

- Check all the details carefully as they cannot be changed after the final submission of the NTA NEET 2025 application form, except for a few fields

Step 3: Upload scanned images and documents
- Click on “Upload your recent documents”
- Select the files to be uploaded
- Click on “Next”
Step 4: Make Payment
To pay the NEET application fees 2025, select the desired mode of payment (SBI/Syndicate/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI). The NEET exam fees 2025 remained the same as last year.
Applicants must ensure that they complete the process within the NEET 2025 registration date as stated by NTA.

Unlike last year, the NEET application form documents require Class 10 Pass Certificate, Mark sheet, CGPA to Percentage Conversion Certificate, Identity Proof and Address Proof of candidates.

NEET 2025 Application Documents that must be retained till admissions
Candidates must keep the following documents safe till the NEET counselling or the medical admission process is concluded.

- Six to eight copies of the uploaded photograph
WB NEET 2025 Application Correction
NTA provides the NEET application correction facility for the registered candidates wherein they get a chance to make necessary corrections or changes. The NEET 2025 application correction window will be opened from March 9 to March 11, 2025. Only those candidates submitting the NEET application form 2025 by paying the requisite application fee within the stipulated date will be eligible to avail of the NEET application correction facility. There was no additional fee to make corrections in the NEET registration 2025. However, there were a few fields which can not be edited. These fields included name, email ID and mobile number.

AIIMS Raipur is one of the most coveted medical colleges in India. It was ranked 39th in the NIRF Ranking 2023. 600 is a low score to get admission to AIIMS Raipur. The total marks of NEET exam is 720. Hence, to get admission to AIIMS Raipur MBBS course, one must secure above 700.
