DU UG Admissions 2024: Spot Round-1 Schedule Out, Registration process Begins On Sep 18

The University of Delhi announced the schedule for the undergraduate program's Spot Round-I allocation and admissions procedure DU UG Admissions 2024 will begin on September 18. There are 72,263 total number of confirmed seats.
The schedule posted on their official website, admission.uod.ac.in, states that the spot admissions application process will open at 10 a.m. and close at 11:59 p.m. on September 19.
The announcement of seat allocation will be carried out on September 21 at 3 pm. In order to cover vacant seats in different colleges for undergraduate courses, DU is holding a spot admission round. With the link on the admission site starting on September 18, 2024, those who were not able to get a seat during the prior rounds of counseling can register for the spot admission round.
The DU UG Admissions 2024 Spot Round-I admissions procedure is open to all applicants who submitted a Common Seat Allotment System (CSAS-UG)-2024 application but were not accepted into a college until September 17.

Candidates must complete the registration process by September 19, 2024, in order to be considered for DU UG spot admissions. Applicants who were not able to get into the previous rounds of admission must submit the necessary documents with their application. The distribution of seats will be determined by factors such as the quantity of applications, average student score, and merit. After a seat is assigned, candidates will have until September 22 at 11:59 p.m. to accept the offer. It is further stated that the deadline for completing the online payment to reserve a seat is September 24 at 4:59 p.m.
Additionally, based on their category, candidates will only be allowed to choose program-college combinations where there are vacant seats. On the other hand, candidates must accept the seat that is allotted in a spot round. If they don't, they will lose their right to be admitted to Delhi University and won't be able to apply for the CSAS(UG)-2024 admissions process.
