The secretary of the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Siksha Parishad (UPMSP), Prayagraj, officially released a notice about the UP Board Exam 2024 answer sheet evaluation. The official notice, dated March 4, 2024, outlines the UP Board Exam 2024 answer sheet evaluation. It states that evaluation for classes 10 and 12 will start on March 16, 2024, and end on March 31, 2024. There will be a break from March 24 to March 26, 2024, for the Holi festival.
As per the notice, a staggering total of 55,25,308 candidates have registered for the UP Board Exam 2024. Out of this, 29,47,311 candidates are appearing for the high school examination, while 25,77,997 are taking the intermediate examination. The vast scale of participation underscores the significance of the UP board exams in the educational landscape of Uttar Pradesh.
The UPMSP appointed 94,802 examiners to evaluate 1.76 crore class 10 answer sheets efficiently. A total of 52,295 examiners will evaluate 1.25 crore class 12 answer sheets. Distributing evaluators accurately ensures fairness and accuracy in the evaluation process.
The state has set up 260 evaluation centers. Of these, 131 centers evaluate high school answer sheets. 116 centers assess intermediate answer sheets. Additionally, 13 mixed evaluation centers handle both class 10 and 12 assessments.
It is noteworthy that out of the 260 evaluation centers, 83 are government-aided, while 177 are non-government-aided secondary schools. This distribution ensures a comprehensive and inclusive approach to the evaluation process, incorporating both public and private educational institutions.
