- Banaras Hindu University Admission 2024 is going on for all UG Programs. Admission is based on candidates' CUET UG scores. The University has released the UG Cutoff 2024 of both Round 1 and Round 2. The Round 2 Cut Off list was released on 22nd August 2024. Shortlisted candidates can pay the admission fee by 25th August 2024. The Round 3 and Round 4 UG seat allocation is scheduled to be released on 27th August 2024 and 31st August 2024, respectively.

- On 21st August 2024, BHU released an official notice about its 104th Convocation which is to be held on 14th December 2024.
- BHU is going to conduct a National Conference on Present Innovation Approaches and Paradigm in Physical Education on 29th August 2024.
- On 2nd September 2024, there will be a Short Term Online / Offline Course on Yoga for Self Discipline and Self Awareness .
- On 17th September 2024, a Two-Week Capacity Building Programme for Young Faculty Member of Social Sciences on Research Methodology and Data Analysis in Social Sciences will be conducted at BHU.
- BHU is going to organize a 3rd 7-days hands-on workshop for College Teachers on using Drosophila Melanogaster for Biology Laboratory Classes on 20th September 2024.
