The second year of the Bachelor of Science (BSc) program builds upon the foundational knowledge gained during the first year and delves deeper into core subject areas. Whether a student is specializing in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, or any interdisciplinary field, the BSc 2nd year syllabus is designed to enhance conceptual clarity, practical skills, and critical thinking abilities.

This year typically includes a mix of advanced theory papers, practical laboratory sessions, generic electives from other disciplines, and skill enhancement courses aimed at improving employability and academic versatility. The curriculum not only strengthens subject-specific expertise but also encourages analytical reasoning and research orientation, laying a strong groundwork for specialization in the final year or higher studies.
